This document discusses six types of boundaries: personal, physical, intellectual, emotional, sexual, and material boundaries. For each type of boundary, it provides examples of healthy boundaries and behaviors that could violate those boundaries. In general, healthy boundaries involve setting appropriate limits and respecting others' limits, while still allowing for intimacy. Unhealthy boundaries may involve avoiding intimacy, oversharing, being overinvolved in others' lives, or disrespecting others' thoughts, feelings, space, or possessions. Maintaining healthy boundaries in all areas of life is important for well-being and respectful relationships.
