2. Process
For the cover of my magazine I copy and pasted various
logos onto my Photoshop document and made them th
same colour as my background before putting a thin white
outline around them to make them pop out from the
background. I took photos of my model and placed the
one I wanted onto my front cover, I used the eraser and
decreased the opacity on it so I could blend the photo of
my model so she looks like she isn’t just pasted onto the
background. I did the same with my fonts one of which I
downloaded from www.DaFont.com. I then copy and
pasted a barcode and added a price and sub heading.
3. Process
For this I chose a black and gold royal styled background from the internet and
began to write my article for my double page spread there on the black space in
between. I also took another photo of my model wearing one of the jackets I am
advertising in my magazine and used the magic wand tool to take away the
background she was originally stood on. I then used the blur tool to take away the
sharp edges I had created using the polygonal lasso tool when touching up on
parts the magic wand wasn’t able to get.
