Kieran Bradley reflects on the process of editing audio from his radio show in Adobe Premiere. He imported the audio file, songs used in the show, and GoPro footage. He listened back through the audio and used the "Razor" tool to cut out unnecessary parts. He also imported album artwork to match with songs and linked the audio and video together. The spacebar was useful for precisely editing the audio. He created a poster to promote the radio show using a bold font and red color. Finally, he designed a logo in Photoshop using a microphone image, blue text on a black circle, to represent his radio product.

2. Process
When it came to editing the audio of my radio show
I first opened up Adobe Premiere and imported the
file, I then began to individually import the songs
that I had used on the show, my logo because I
planned to put that at the end of the audio, I also
imported the Go-Pro footage that I had shot to then
sync it with my audio,

3. Process
After I had imported all of the music I listened
back through my show and began to edit the
parts that needed it, to do this I selected the
part of my audio and then selected the
“Razor” tool and then cut the part I didn’t
need, I then download covers of the album
art work of each song, then imported them,
and matched them with each song, I also
imported the footage I captured on the Gro-
Pro, then I linked it all together to make a
mini video.

4. Process
These are a range of different tools I used
during the editing of my audio, I used the
“Razor” tool mainly throughout the editing
process, when I pressed the “Spacebar” the
audio would stop and match up straight with
the audio, this was very useful when it came to
editing my audio because this showed me
where I need edit my audio.

This is the poster I created to go along side
with my radio show, when planning what
image to use on my poster I had to make
sure it was radio related, I feel as is the
image I have chosen fits really well with
the theme of my poster, when planning
what font I was going to use I had to think
about different fonts that would stand out
to my target audience, I chose a bold type
font, and chose the colour red to fit in with
the background.

6. Process
This is what the final version of my logo looked like I chose the
colour blue for the main text because blue is a very vibrant
colour and will stand out to my target audience and attract
them to want to view my product. I have used the image of an
old fashioned radio mic to give my logo some meaning, by
adding this, it will tell my target group what my product is
about. When it came to producing my logo I created it in
Photoshop, I first created a new document, I then typed in the
width and height I needed my page to be, I then began to
create my background circle, to do this I selected the “Custom
Shape Tool” icon and began to draw my circle. I then coloured
the circle black I did this because I thought it would fit well
with the overall look of my logo when it would be finished.
Then I began to create the font I needed for the text in my
logo. First I needed to think about what the best type of font
would be to use to ensure it stood out to my target audience,
then I began by finding the font, once I had found it I typed
out what I wanted the text to say, then coloured it blue, I did
this by selecting the “Paint Bucket” icon and then the colour
blue on the colour sheet. I feel that the way my logo looks
now it’s finished, it really fits well with my product overall.
