This document discusses the implementation of 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in a fasteners manufacturing company. Key results of the 5S implementation included reducing tool search time from 25 to 6 minutes per week, freeing up 50.55 square feet of storage space, establishing a regular cleaning schedule, and standardizing processes through visual aids and labels. Implementing 5S led to improvements in productivity, efficiency, and organization at the company.
