This document summarizes an article from the International Journal of Computer Engineering and Technology (IJCET) that proposes an algorithm called Replica Placement in Graph Topology Grid (RPGTG) to optimally place data replicas in a graph-based data grid while ensuring quality of service (QoS). The algorithm aims to minimize data access time, balance load among replica servers, and avoid unnecessary replications, while restricting QoS in terms of number of hops and deadline to complete requests. The article describes how the algorithm converts the graph structure of the data grid to a hierarchical structure to better manage replica servers and proposes services to facilitate dynamic replication, including a replica catalog to track replica locations and a replica manager to perform replication
AN ENTROPIC OPTIMIZATION TECHNIQUE IN HETEROGENEOUS GRID COMPUTING USING BION...ijcsit
The wide usage of the Internet and the availability of powerful computers and high-speed networks as low cost
commodity components have a deep impact on the way we use computers today, in such a way that
these technologies facilitated the usage of multi-owner and geographically distributed resources to address
large-scale problems in many areas such as science, engineering, and commerce. The new paradigm of
Grid computing has evolved from these researches on these topics. Performance and utilization of the grid
depends on a complex and excessively dynamic procedure of optimally balancing the load among the
available nodes. In this paper, we suggest a novel two-dimensional figure of merit that depict the network
effects on load balance and fault tolerance estimation to improve the performance of the network
utilizations. The enhancement of fault tolerance is obtained by adaptively decrease replication time and
message cost. On the other hand, load balance is improved by adaptively decrease mean job response time.
Finally, analysis of Genetic Algorithm, Ant Colony Optimization, and Particle Swarm Optimization is
conducted with regards to their solutions, issues and improvements concerning load balancing in
computational grid. Consequently, a significant system utilization improvement was attained. Experimental
results eventually demonstrate that the proposed method's performance surpasses other methods.
Abstract— Cloud storage is usually distributed infrastructure, where data is not stored in a single device but is spread to several storage nodes which are located in different areas. To ensure data availability some amount of redundancy has to be maintained. But introduction of data redundancy leads to additional costs such as extra storage space and communication bandwidth which required for restoring data blocks. In the existing system, the storage infrastructure is considered as homogeneous where all nodes in the system have same online availability which leads to efficiency losses. The proposed system considers that distributed storage system is heterogeneous where each node exhibit different online availability. Monte Carlo Sampling is used to measure the online availability of storage nodes. The parallel version of Particle Swarm Optimization is used to assign redundant data blocks according to their online availability. The optimal data assignment policy reduces the redundancy and their associated cost.
Grid is a type of parallel and distributed systems that is designed to provide reliable access to data
and computational resources in wide area networks. These resources are distributed in different geographical
locations. Efficient data sharing in global networks is complicated by erratic node failure, unreliable network
connectivity and limited bandwidth. Replication is a technique used in grid systems to improve the
applications’ response time and to reduce the bandwidth consumption. In this paper, we present a survey on
basic and new replication techniques that have been proposed by other researchers. After that, we have a full

Apriori is one of the key algorithms to generate frequent itemsets. Analysing frequent itemset is a crucial
step in analysing structured data and in finding association relationship between items. This stands as an
elementary foundation to supervised learning, which encompasses classifier and feature extraction

structured data in scientific domain are voluminous. Processing such kind of data requires state of the art

In this paper we will present a reliable scheduling algorithm in cloud computing environment. In this algorithm we create a new algorithm by means of a new technique and with classification and considering request and acknowledge time of jobs in a qualification function. By evaluating the previous algorithms, we understand that the scheduling jobs have been performed by parameters that are associated with a failure rate. Therefore in the roposed algorithm, in addition to previous parameters, some other important parameters are used so we can gain the jobs with different scheduling based on these parameters. This work is associated with a mechanism. The major job is divided to sub jobs. In order to balance the jobs we should calculate the request and acknowledge time separately. Then we create the scheduling of each job by calculating the request and acknowledge time in the form of a shared job. Finally efficiency of the system is increased. So the real time of this algorithm will be improved in comparison with the other algorithms. Finally by the mechanism presented, the total time of processing in cloud computing is improved in comparison with the other algorithms.
DEVELOPING A NOVEL MULTIDIMENSIONAL MULTIGRANULARITY DATA MINING APPROACH FOR...cscpconf
Data Mining is one of the most significant tools for discovering association patterns that are useful for many knowledge domains. Yet, there are some drawbacks in existing mining techniques. Three main weaknesses of current data-mining techniques are: 1) re-scanning of the entire database must be done whenever new attributes are added. 2) An association rule may be true on a certain granularity but fail on a smaller ones and vise verse. 3) Current methods can only be used to find either frequent rules or infrequent rules, but not both at the same time. This research proposes a novel data schema and an algorithm that solves the above weaknesses while improving on the efficiency and effectiveness of data mining strategies. Crucial mechanisms in each step will be clarified in this paper. Finally, this paper presents experimental results regarding efficiency, scalability, information loss, etc. of the proposed approach to prove its advantages.

Advances made to the traditional clustering algorithms solves the various problems such as curse of
dimensionality and sparsity of data for multiple attributes. The traditional H-K clustering algorithm can
solve the randomness and apriority of the initial centers of K-means clustering algorithm. But when we
apply it to high dimensional data it causes the dimensional disaster problem due to high computational
complexity. All the advanced clustering algorithms like subspace and ensemble clustering algorithms
improve the performance for clustering high dimension dataset from different aspects in different extent.
Still these algorithms will improve the performance form a single perspective. The objective of the
proposed model is to improve the performance of traditional H-K clustering and overcome the limitations
such as high computational complexity and poor accuracy for high dimensional data by combining the
three different approaches of clustering algorithm as subspace clustering algorithm and ensemble

DYNAMIC TASK SCHEDULING BASED ON BURST TIME REQUIREMENT FOR CLOUD ENVIRONMENTIJCNCJournal
Cloud computing has an indispensable role in the modern digital scenario. The fundamental challenge of cloud systems is to accommodate user requirements which keep on varying. This dynamic cloud environment demands the necessity of complex algorithms to resolve the trouble of task allotment. The overall performance of cloud systems is rooted in the efficiency of task scheduling algorithms. The dynamic property of cloud systems makes it challenging to find an optimal solution satisfying all the evaluation metrics. The new approach is formulated on the Round Robin and the Shortest Job First algorithms. The Round Robin method reduces starvation, and the Shortest Job First decreases the average waiting time. In this work, the advantages of both algorithms are incorporated to improve the makespan of user tasks.

Grid computing can involve lot of computational tasks which requires trustworthy computational nodes. Load balancing in grid computing is a technique which overall optimizes the whole process of assigning computational tasks to processing nodes. Grid computing is a form of distributed computing but different from conventional distributed computing in a manner that it tends to be heterogeneous, more loosely coupled and dispersed geographically. Optimization of this process must contains the overall maximization of resources utilization with balance load on each processing unit and also by decreasing the overall time or output. Evolutionary algorithms like genetic algorithms have studied so far for the implementation of load balancing across the grid networks. But problem with these genetic algorithm is that they are quite slow in cases where large number of tasks needs to be processed. In this paper we give a novel approach of parallel genetic algorithms for enhancing the overall performance and optimization of managing the whole process of load balancing across the grid nodes.
The growth of internet of things and wireless technology has led to enormous generation of data for various application uses such as healthcare, scientific and data intensive application. Cloud based Storage Area Network (SAN) has been widely in recent time for storing and processing these data. Providing fault tolerant and continuous access to data with minimal latency and cost is challenging. For that efficient fault tolerant mechanism is required. Data replication is an efficient mechanism for providing fault tolerant mechanism that has been considered by exiting methodologies. However, data replica placement is challenging and existing method are not efficient considering application dynamic requirement of cloud based storage area network. Thus, incurring latency, due to which induce higher cost of data transmission. This work present an efficient replica placement and transmission technique using Bipartite Graph based Data Replica Placement (BGDRP) technique that aid in minimizing latency and computing cost. Performance of BGDRP is evaluated using real-time scientific application workflow. The outcome shows BGDRP technique minimize data access latency, computation time and cost over state-of-art technique.

The Impact of Data Replication on Job Scheduling Performance in Hierarchical ...graphhoc
In data-intensive applications data transfer is a primary cause of job execution delay. Data access time depends on bandwidth. The major bottleneck to supporting fast data access in Grids is the high latencies of Wide Area Networks and Internet. Effective scheduling can reduce the amount of data transferred across the internet by dispatching a job to where the needed data are present. Another solution is to use a data replication mechanism. Objective of dynamic replica strategies is reducing file access time which leads to reducing job runtime. In this paper we develop a job scheduling policy and a dynamic data replication strategy, called HRS (Hierarchical Replication Strategy), to improve the data access efficiencies. We study our approach and evaluate it through simulation. The results show that our algorithm has improved 12% over the current strategies
Propose a Method to Improve Performance in Grid Environment, Using Multi-Crit...Editor IJCATR
The most important purpose of grid networks is resource subscription in a dynamic and heterogeneous environment.
They are accessible through using various methods. Subscription has mainly computational, scientific and other implications. In
order to reach grid purposes and to use available resources in grid environment, subtasks are distributed among resources and are
scheduled by considering the quality of service. It has been tried to distribute subtasks between resources in a way that maximum
QOS can be obtained. In this study, a method has been presented. In this method, three parameters; namely, sent and transferred
time between RMS and resource, process time of subtask by the resource, and the load of available tasks in resources row, have
been taken into account. In this way, multi-criteria decision is made by using TOPSIS method and this priority of the resources
are determined to assign them to subtasks. Finally, time response, as an efficient parameter, has been improved and optimized by
optimal assignment of the resources to subtasks.

ANALYSE THE PERFORMANCE OF MOBILE PEER TO PEER NETWORK USING ANT COLONY OPTIM...ijcsity
A mobile peer-to-peer computer network is the one in which each computer in the network can act as a
client or server for the other computers in the network. The communication process among the nodes in the
mobile peer to peer network requires more no of messages. Due to this large number of messages passing,
propose an interconnection structure called distributed Spanning Tree (DST) and it improves the efficiency
of the mobile peer to peer network. The proposed method improves the data availability and consistency
across the entire network and also reduces the data latency and the required number of message passes for
any specific application in the network. Further to enhance the effectiveness of the proposed system, the
DST network is optimized with the Ant Colony Optimization method. It gives the optimal solution of the
DST method and increased availability, enhanced consistency and scalability of the network. The
simulation results shows that reduces the number of message sent for any specific application and average
delay and increases the packet delivery ratio in the network.
Transforming data-centric eXtensible markup language into relational database...journalBEEI
eXtensible markup language (XML) appeared internationally as the format for data representation over the web. Yet, most organizations are still utilising relational databases as their database solutions. As such, it is crucial to provide seamless integration via effective transformation between these database infrastructures. In this paper, we propose XML-REG to bridge these two technologies based on node-based and path-based approaches. The node-based approach is good to annotate each positional node uniquely, while the path-based approach provides summarised path information to join the nodes. On top of that, a new range labelling is also proposed to annotate nodes uniquely by ensuring the structural relationships are maintained between nodes. If a new node is to be added to the document, re-labelling is not required as the new label will be assigned to the node via the new proposed labelling scheme. Experimental evaluations indicated that the performance of XML-REG exceeded XMap, XRecursive, XAncestor and Mini-XML concerning storing time, query retrieval time and scalability. This research produces a core framework for XML to relational databases (RDB) mapping, which could be adopted in various industries.
REPLICATION STRATEGY BASED ON DATA RELATIONSHIP IN GRID COMPUTINGcsandit
This study discusses the utilization of three types of relationships in performing data replication. As grid
computing offers the ability of sharing huge amount of resources, resource availability is an important issue
to be addressed. The undertaken approach combines the viewpoint of user, system and the grid itself in
ensuring resource availability. The realization of the proposed strategy is demonstrated via OptorSim and
evaluation is made based on execution time, storage usage, network bandwidth and computing element
usage. Results suggested that the proposed strategy produces a better outcome than an existing method even
though various job workload is introduced.
DISTRIBUTED AND BIG DATA STORAGE MANAGEMENT IN GRID COMPUTINGijgca
Big data storage management is one of the most challenging issues for Grid computing environments, since large amount of data intensive applications frequently involve a high degree of data access locality. Grid applications typically deal with large amounts of data. In traditional approaches high-performance computing consists dedicated servers that are used to data storage and data replication. In this paper we present a new mechanism for distributed and big data storage and resource discovery services. Here we proposed an architecture named Dynamic and Scalable Storage Management (DSSM) architecture in grid environments. This allows in grid computing not only sharing the computational cycles, but also share the storage space. The storage can be transparently accessed from any grid machine, allowing easy data sharing among grid users and applications. The concept of virtual ids that, allows the creation of virtual spaces has been introduced and used. The DSSM divides all Grid Oriented Storage devices (nodes) into multiple geographically distributed domains and to facilitate the locality and simplify the intra-domain storage management. Grid service based storage resources are adopted to stack simple modular service piece by piece as demand grows. To this end, we propose four axes that define: DSSM architecture and algorithms description, Storage resources and resource discovery into Grid service, Evaluate purpose prototype system, dynamically, scalability, and bandwidth, and Discuss results. Algorithms at bottom and upper level for standardization dynamic and scalable storage management, along with higher bandwidths have been designed.
A Platform for Large-Scale Grid Data Service on Dynamic High-Performance Netw...Tal Lavian Ph.D.
Data intensive Grid applications often deal with multiple terabytes and even petabytes of data. For them to be effectively deployed over distances, it is crucial that Grid infrastructures learn how to best exploit high-performance networks
(such as agile optical networks). The network footprint of these Grid applications show pronounced peaks and valleys in utilization, prompting for a radical overhaul of traditional network provisioning styles such as peak-provisioning, point-and-click or operator-assisted provisioning. A Grid stack must become capable to dynamically orchestrate a complex set of variables related to application requirements, data services, and network provisioning services, all within a rapidly and continually changing environment. Presented here is a platform that addresses some of these issues. This service platform closely integrates a set of large-scale data services with those for dynamic bandwidth allocation, through a network resource middleware service, using an OGSA-compliant interface allowing direct access by external applications. Recently, this platform has been implemented as an experimental research prototype on a unique wide area optical networking testbed incorporating state-of-the-art photonic
components. The paper, which presents initial results of research conducted on this prototype, indicates that these methods have the potential to address multiple major challenges related to data intensive applications. Given the complexities of this topic, especially where scheduling is required, only selected aspects of this platform are considered in this paper.

BROAD UNEXPOSED SKILLS OF TRANSGENDER ENTREPRENEURSIAEME Publication
Since ages gender difference is always a debatable theme whether caused by nature, evolution or environment. The birth of a transgender is dreadful not only for the child but also for their parents. The pain of living in the wrong physique and treated as second class victimized citizen is outrageous and fully harboured with vicious baseless negative scruples. For so long, social exclusion had perpetuated inequality and deprivation experiencing ingrained malign stigma and besieged victims of crime or violence across their life spans. They are pushed into the murky way of life with a source of eternal disgust, bereft sexual potency and perennial fear. Although they are highly visible but very little is known about them. The common public needs to comprehend the ravaged arrogance on these insensitive souls and assist in integrating them into the mainstream by offering equal opportunity, treat with humanity and respect their dignity. Entrepreneurship in the current age is endorsing the gender fairness movement. Unstable careers and economic inadequacy had inclined one of the gender variant people called Transgender to become entrepreneurs. These tiny budding entrepreneurs resulted in economic transition by means of employment, free from the clutches of stereotype jobs, raised standard of living and handful of financial empowerment. Besides all these inhibitions, they were able to witness a platform for skill set development that ignited them to enter into entrepreneurial domain. This paper epitomizes skill sets involved in trans-entrepreneurs of Thoothukudi Municipal Corporation of Tamil Nadu State and is a groundbreaking determination to sightsee various skills incorporated and the impact on entrepreneurship.

Living in 21st century in itself reminds all of us the necessity of police and its administration. As more and more we are entering into the modern society and culture, the more we require the services of the so called ‘Khaki Worthy’ men i.e., the police personnel. Whether we talk of Indian police or the other nation’s police, they all have the same recognition as they have in India. But as already mentioned, their services and requirements are different after the like 26th November, 2008 incidents, where they without saving their own lives has sacrificed themselves without any hitch and without caring about their respective family members and wards. In other words, they are like our heroes and mentors who can guide us from the darkness of fear, militancy, corruption and other dark sides of life and so on. Now the question arises, if Gandhi would have been alive today, what would have been his reaction/opinion to the police and its functioning? Would he have some thing different in his mind now what he had been in his mind before the partition or would he be going to start some Satyagraha in the form of some improvement in the functioning of the police administration? Really these questions or rather night mares can come to any one’s mind, when there is too much confusion is prevailing in our minds, when there is too much corruption in the society and when the polices working is also in the questioning because of one or the other case throughout the India. It is matter of great concern that we have to thing over our administration and our practical approach because the police personals are also like us, they are part and parcel of our society and among one of us, so why we all are pin pointing towards them.

ATTRITION IN THE IT INDUSTRY DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC: LINKING EMOTIONAL INTE...IAEME Publication
Globally, Millions of dollars were spent by the organizations for employing skilled Information Technology (IT) professionals. It is costly to replace unskilled employees with IT professionals possessing technical skills and competencies that aid in interconnecting the business processes. The organization’s employment tactics were forced to alter by globalization along with technological innovations as they consistently diminish to remain lean, outsource to concentrate on core competencies along with restructuring/reallocate personnel to gather efficiency. As other jobs, organizations or professions have become reasonably more appropriate in a shifting employment landscape, the above alterations trigger both involuntary as well as voluntary turnover. The employee view on jobs is also afflicted by the COVID-19 pandemic along with the employee-driven labour market. So, having effective strategies is necessary to tackle the withdrawal rate of employees. By associating Emotional Intelligence (EI) along with Talent Management (TM) in the IT industry, the rise in attrition rate was analyzed in this study. A STUDY OF VARIOUS TYPES OF LOANS OF SELECTED PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTOR BANKS...IAEME Publication
Banking regulations act of India, 1949 defines banking as “acceptance of deposits for the purpose of lending or investment from the public, repayment on demand or otherwise and withdrawable through cheques, drafts order or otherwise”, the major participants of the Indian financial system are commercial banks, the financial institution encompassing term lending institutions. Investments institutions, specialized financial institution and the state level development banks, non banking financial companies (NBFC) and other market intermediaries such has the stock brokers and money lenders are among the oldest of the certain variants of NBFC and the oldest market participants. The asset quality of banks is one of the most important indicators of their financial health. The Indian banking sector has been facing severe problems of increasing Non- Performing Assets (NPAs). The NPAs growth directly and indirectly affects the quality of assets and profitability of banks. It also shows the efficiency of banks credit risk management and the recovery effectiveness. NPA do not generate any income, whereas, the bank is required to make provisions for such as assets that why is a double edge weapon. This paper outlines the concept of quality of bank loans of different types like Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of selected public and private sector banks. This study is highlighting problems associated with the role of commercial bank in financing Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SME). The overall objective of the research was to assess the effect of the financing provisions existing for the setting up and operations of MSMEs in the country and to generate recommendations for more robust financing mechanisms for successful operation of the MSMEs, in turn understanding the impact of MSME loans on financial institutions due to NPA. There are many research conducted on the topic of Non- Performing Assets (NPA) Management, concerning particular bank, comparative study of public and private banks etc. In this paper the researcher is considering the aggregate data of selected public sector and private sector banks and attempts to compare the NPA of Housing, Agriculture and MSME loans in state Haryana of public and private sector banks. The tools used in the study are average and Anova test and variance. The findings reveal that NPA is common problem for both public and private sector banks and is associated with all types of loans either that is housing loans, agriculture loans and loans to SMES. NPAs of both public and private sector banks show the increasing trend. In 2010-11 GNPA of public and private sector were at same level it was 2% but after 2010-11 it increased in many fold and at present there is GNPA in some more than 15%. It shows the dark area of Indian banking sector.

ROLE OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF INDIA - PROBLEMS AND ...IAEME Publication
The majority of the population in India lives in villages. The village is the back bone of the country. Village or rural industries play an important role in the national economy, particularly in the rural development. Developing the rural economy is one of the key indicators towards a country’s success. Whether it be the need to look after the welfare of the farmers or invest in rural infrastructure, Governments have to ensure that rural development isn’t compromised. The economic development of our country largely depends on the progress of rural areas and the standard of living of rural masses. Village or rural industries play an important role in the national economy, particularly in the rural development. Rural entrepreneurship is based on stimulating local entrepreneurial talent and the subsequent growth of indigenous enterprises. It recognizes opportunity in the rural areas and accelerates a unique blend of resources either inside or outside of agriculture. Rural entrepreneurship brings an economic value to the rural sector by creating new methods of production, new markets, new products and generate employment opportunities thereby ensuring continuous rural development. Social Entrepreneurship has the direct and primary objective of serving the society along with the earning profits. So, social entrepreneurship is different from the economic entrepreneurship as its basic objective is not to earn profits but for providing innovative solutions to meet the society needs which are not taken care by majority of the entrepreneurs as they are in the business for profit making as a sole objective. So, the Social Entrepreneurs have the huge growth potential particularly in the developing countries like India where we have huge societal disparities in terms of the financial positions of the population. Still 22 percent of the Indian population is below the poverty line and also there is disparity among the rural & urban population in terms of families living under BPL. 25.7 percent of the rural population & 13.7 percent of the urban population is under BPL which clearly shows the disparity of the poor people in the rural and urban areas. The need to develop social entrepreneurship in agriculture is dictated by a large number of social problems. Such problems include low living standards, unemployment, and social tension. The reasons that led to the emergence of the practice of social entrepreneurship are the above factors. The research problem lays upon disclosing the importance of role of social entrepreneurship in rural development of India. The paper the tendencies of social entrepreneurship in India, to present successful examples of such business for providing recommendations how to improve situation in rural areas in terms of social entrepreneurship development. Indian government has made some steps towards development of social enterprises, social entrepreneurship, and social in- novation, but a lot remains to be improved.
OPTIMAL RECONFIGURATION OF POWER DISTRIBUTION RADIAL NETWORK USING HYBRID MET...IAEME Publication
Distribution system is a critical link between the electric power distributor and the consumers. Most of the distribution networks commonly used by the electric utility is the radial distribution network. However in this type of network, it has technical issues such as enormous power losses which affect the quality of the supply. Nowadays, the introduction of Distributed Generation (DG) units in the system help improve and support the voltage profile of the network as well as the performance of the system components through power loss mitigation. In this study network reconfiguration was done using two meta-heuristic algorithms Particle Swarm Optimization and Gravitational Search Algorithm (PSO-GSA) to enhance power quality and voltage profile in the system when simultaneously applied with the DG units. Backward/Forward Sweep Method was used in the load flow analysis and simulated using the MATLAB program. Five cases were considered in the Reconfiguration based on the contribution of DG units. The proposed method was tested using IEEE 33 bus system. Based on the results, there was a voltage profile improvement in the system from 0.9038 p.u. to 0.9594 p.u.. The integration of DG in the network also reduced power losses from 210.98 kW to 69.3963 kW. Simulated results are drawn to show the performance of each case.
