Critical thinking standards aim to develop critical thinkers who can gather and present information on topics with clarity, accuracy, precision, relevance, depth, and breadth according to logic and fairness. An exercise asks students to research Covid-19 in 20 minutes and present their findings adhering to critical thinking standards of clarity, accuracy, and depth and breadth of significant information. A second exercise prompts evaluating trustworthy sources and how to validate information for potential sharing.
