My product is a gaming magazine targeted at gamers aged 15-20. The magazine will provide information and entertainment by previewing upcoming games, and reviewing classic games being remastered. Specifically, the first issue will preview an upcoming sequel and review a remastered game that may appeal to those with fond memories of the original. The magazine aims to inform readers' purchasing decisions. It will not contain offensive or mature content that could restrict younger audiences or offend religious groups. Intellectual property will only be used to benefit their owners through publicity and sales, avoiding copyright issues.

Product’s Purpose: entertainment and I will achieve this by writing about an upcoming
Game which will appeal as gamers are always on the lookout for new games to play but also
inform people of an upcoming review.

My product is about telling gamers about upcoming games and an upcoming review of a game to
decide wither it’s worth buying or not.

Audience:
My audience is targeted towards audiences between 15-20 years old both men and women and of
middle class social status and my product will appeal to this audience as I will be talking about a
game sequel coming out from a game series that many people have played and talk what can be
expected what we know so far when its coming out but also talk about an upcoming review for a
remastering of a classic game that will interesting for people that may have fond memories fond
memories of the original and may want to know if it’s good enough to buy and play.

Why would your project appeal to this person?
Legal & Ethical Considerations: for legal and ethical concerns the magazine I am designing
shouldn’t have and offensive material but also it won’t be restricted from younger
audiences as the magazine won’t contain any mature material that it would be unsuitable
for a younger audience. and also the game that will be cover in the magazine have nothing
to do with religion or references to it so it shouldn’t offend any religious groups nor will it
offend have any content that it would offend any social groups. I will ensure this by check
previous sources to see what may and may not offend these groups but also make sure
there is no mature material shown in the magazine that it would be restricted from that
audience. Yes I will be using characters and other part of existing IPS however this isn’t a
problem as long as the company who made the IP benefits from it which can include free
publicity and money from sold products and my magazine should be different enough so
that it doesn’t get sued by other magazine company’s for copyright infringement.
