What sort of product is it?
Content: My content is going to be about reviews on pieces of PC parts and how they
operate/handle certain programs as well asif they are worth investment. As well assome
personal (yet probably biased) reviews on the product.
What is your product about? Discuss what you would put in it (be specific). Does it have a story? If

Audience: Aimed at a teenager/young adult audience who enjoy playing games and enjoy
PC stuff and just want to learn/get better parts for their PC or what the news on the most
recent parts are and if they are worth getting or not

Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Think about any offensive material you will include? It could contain content from certain
games which some people could find offensive and therefore there will be warning when
purchasing the product
Will you restrict younger people using/accessing it? I will not be restricted it from younger
audiences, but younger audiences probably won’t access the content because it will have
quite technical language that younger audiences wouldn’t understand
Will it offend any social groups/religions/ethnicities? No, the content will not be offensive in any
sort of way, it will not mention social groups/religions/ethnicities in any sort of way
How will you ensure you do not offend anyone? I will not mention any sort of text that may not
be controversial or could be offensive to anyone
Are you using characters/names/logos of existing products/IPs? No, I’m not going to be using
ant existing logos, names or IPs
Will you product be sufficiently different from existing products to not get sued for copyright
infringement? My product will be different because as well as given statistical news and
information about products as well as reviews on the product
