This proposal outlines a gaming magazine called "Gaming Times" targeted at ages 12-18 of both genders. The magazine will inform readers about new and upcoming video games, consoles, and the gaming community. It will provide recommendations on games to buy or avoid. While the magazine does not have a story, it may include stories from games. The creator aims to include content that entertains without restricting violence too much, but will avoid truly offensive material and edit any copyrighted characters, names or logos.

Content new games, new consoles and overall anything to do with the gaming community
The product is about telling people what you should buy in gaming terms and what not to
buy. My product does not have a story because it is an informative magazine but I could
add a story from a game and tell it as they go through it.

Audience: ages from 12-18 mainly targeted at both genders. There social status doesn’t
matter because anybody who plays games will like this magazine. My project would appeal
mainly to children

Why would your project appeal to this person?
Legal & Ethical Considerations: no offensive material, I will not restrict violence in this
magazine because older people will not enjoy it but if there parents don’t like then they
don’t buy it. The magazine might offend certain groups if the game offends them. I will try
and block out any really offensive material. I will be using character names and logos and
will edit them so I don’t get copyrighted.
