This document proposes a platform game called "Rock Dodge" aimed at 7-13 year olds. The game's purpose is to entertain through bright colors, simple gameplay involving weapon pickups, and different enemies and obstacles requiring varied strategies to overcome. It will have a basic story explaining the main character's actions and goals. Legal and ethical considerations are that the mild violence, like dodging rocks, would not offend and is unique enough to avoid copyright issues. Social interaction and competition between players is encouraged.

To entertain, I will include bright colours and a simple gameplay that involves pickups of weapons
that can improve your game and change the way that you have to play, there will be a range of
different enemies that change the type of way you have to play, there will be various different types
of obstacles which should require lots of different ways to get past

It will have a brief story that will be basic but explain the reason for the main characters actions, it
will be simply to explain the situation and the goal of the game. It will consist of bright colours that
do not blend together if they interact because the background is a very different colour to the
foreground and all the images within the foreground that could interact are different enough
colours to not blend into one another
Audience:
Age based around 7-13 year olds and I would estimate that it will mainly be for boys, the social
status is most likely lower class and psychographic needs driven because I will create my
advertisement around trying to make the customer feel like they need the product and trying to
make the game that I have created addictive. I do not believe that my game is targeted at any
sexuality and I would be surprised if the sexuality of the customer effects there appeal to the
game. I believe that this game will benefit the target audience because they will get
Integration and Social Interaction with others, I believe that the competitiveness of the game
should help people to interact with one another. I believe that for a use of entertainment, I think
that the relaxation and enjoyment that you can get from the game is crutial.
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
There will be extremely mild violence like the sort you would see in Mario
People below the age of 7 may be not allowed due to minor violence and will definitely not offend
anyone and I will ensure this because It will have a man dodging falling rocks and will be in no way
based on past events and to avoid it being controversial I will add nothing from any other game
And will be incredibly unique and there will be no danger what so ever of getting sued.
