• What are you making? I have been asked to create an audio project that is produced
professionally as I need to focus more on the production and sound quality, as this links into my past
experiments as I experimented with different ways of recording my sound as the audio needs to be clear
although I need to remember to have sound effects throughout the product as well as a small list of what
music may be involved in the project like a radio jingle for my interview in the radio station as it will provide
the documentary with its own music instead of just using Vixen 101’s jingle.
• Why? The purpose of my audio project is to create an audio documentary about ”odd” different
people which are common in society like the stereotypical train spotters that people would've had an
experience with as this documentary will give them people an insight in these “odd” peoples life
experiences and why they're different e.g. why a train spotter exists.
• Who is it for? My product will be aimed at a variety of ages but mainly the older generations as
they're most likely to consume an audio documentary compared to the younger demographic who
wouldn't be interested in a regular documentary never mind an audio documentary as I need to aim at the
audience who are most likely too listen to it.
• Where will it appear/on what? The audience I have aimed my product towards is a
much older audience who still live in the generation of radio and other audio products and so it could be
consumed by people who use BBC Sounds or on the radio stations as it will most likely appear on a smaller
radio station as it is based on a small countryside town and not a big city like London or Manchester.

Relying on strangers to create a good interview Interview a lot of strangers so even if none of
them are interesting I will have a lot of

working on computers for along period of time

18th - 19th in lesson finished editing and take the information from
recordings and re record the fake interview

22nd - 24th make the image that will be used for YouTube
