Improving Students’ Effort Capacity through Movement Games in Physical Educat...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: Maintaining effort capacity is one of the goals pursued in adult physical education. Sedentary people have difficulty in sustaining an effort that is considered to be withing the usual intensity. They should receive training exercise because they have lost the physical ability through a bad conduct of life. In this research we started from the hypothesis that the use in the physical education lesson of motion games, which involves sustained efforts, will lead to a much faster increase of the students’ effort capacity. Dynamic games will determine the students to participate with greater interest and pleasure in lessons, and this will result in improved effort due to their active involvement. The goal was to highlight that motion games can also be used with success in the case of young people. The attractiveness and dynamism that characterizes the games determines the students to be more active and more involved in practicing physical exercise. The experiment was conducted on a group of 18 students from the second year of study at Faculty of Economic Sciences and Public Administration, at „Ştefan cel Mare” University of Suceava. The control group was formed from 18 students in the second year, the same specialization in another study group. The experiment was conducted over a period of 4 months (October 2018 – February 2019).

Pengacaraan Majlis (Emceeing for Official Function In Malaysia Context)Mahani Mohamad
Emceeing is a form of public speaking. I think that emceeing in English language is easier than in Bahasa Malaysia. I started emceeing job because friends and colleagues were looking for an emcee in English language and they believe that I can do it. Starting with a sports day for a private school, soon after I found my self being asked to be an emcee not only for official function in English language but also in Bahasa Malaysia as well. Now, I have been asked to share my experience in emceeing. I teach public speaking and emceeing is a part of it.
This was the first draft thus there are a lot of grammar mistakes. Getting the thoughts and content together were my priority. I'll edit it later.
Maidan Summit 2011 - Devinder Kumar Kansal, University of DelhiMaidan.in
In his discourse at Maidan Summit 2011, Mr Devinder Kumar Kansal spoke about balancing of education in the country at all levels. He suggested that sport should be seen as foundation of the entire education system, and it should be embedded right from the nascent stages. He recommended as many partnerships as possible in the area, so that sport could directly find connect with development in a general perspective.
He said that one needs to create a dedicated human environment in colleges and universities that that supports a sporting culture, so that there are maximum takers for it. Kansal reiterated the need to formalize physical education at the school as well as the college and university level.

IN ORDER TO GIVE JUSTICE, UNDERGRADUATE COLLEGE STUDENTS MUST BEIMPARTED EDUCATION IN ESSENTIAL COMPONENTS OF BALANCED EDUCATION THROUGH BEST REGULAR APPLICATION OF VIVEKANANDA'S ECLECTIC EDUCATION OF BODY, HEART, MIND AND ABOVE ALL THAT OF THE SOUL.

A PROPOSAL FOR BALANCED EDUCATIONon reforms pptDevinder Kansal
WITHOUT CREATING DEPARTMENTS OF BALANCED EDUCATION IN EACH UNIVERSITY, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REFORM CURRENT DEFECTIVE UNBALANCED EDUCATION WHICH IS A GROSS INJUSTICE TO STUDENTS.
WHILE SWAMI VIVEKANANDA WAS VERY CRITICAL OF THE CURRENT FORMER EDUCATION , HE WAS VERY CLEAR ABOUT THE REQUIRED BALANCED EDUCATION OF SOUL, MIND AND BODY NEEDED TO BE GIVEN TO REALIZE INNER PERFECTION OF SOUL ALREADY PRESENT IN ALL HUMAN BEINGS.

6. VISION - 1 :
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY&SPORTS(PAS)
IS FOUNDATION OR THE CORNERSTONE
OF ALL AND HEALTH EDUCATION
PAS are roots and backbone of all
education, wholistic personality
development, health and global
human resource development.
7. VISION - 2 :
SPORTS ARE YET TO BE
IMBEDDED IN EDUCATION
Sports are yet to be fully
imbedded with general education
system. It needs to be taught
just like a language being taught
universally to all students.
8. Concept - 1 :
SPORTS for Human Environment
The Environment paper being
introduced on the behest of
Supreme Court of India, should
also include human internal and
external environments for
wholistic personality development.
9. Concept – 2 :
Oxygen is Internal
Environment of Human Beings
The internal human environment
is maintained mainly by oxygen
provided through physical activity
and sports which needs to be
thoroughly told to all for making
adequate exercises to make O2
available to all cells of the body.
10. Concept – 3 :
SPORTS as External
Environment
The external human environment is
greatly affected by social interaction
promoted through sports
and the sports infrastructure
creation to reduce inactivity pollution
which has become a pandemic
phenomenon in modern world.
11. Concept – 4 :
Teaching Modern Food Pyramid
The teaching of food pyramid should
also include oxygen as a nutrient
obtained through physical activity &
outdoor sports of three categories –
namely, Cardio-respiratory, Weight
(Muscular) and Flexibility (Stretching)
exercises.
14. Health Related Fitness
Prevention of non-infectitious diseases
and Promotion of Health is possible
only through proper knowledge of
physical activity methodology.
14
15. Specific Benefits of Physical
Activity & Sports
Prevention of 23 diseases,
Protection from injuries
and
Promotion of Health, Fitness, Wellness,
Wholistic Personality and Quality of Life.
15
17. Deep Abdominal Breathing
Essential
Majority of highly educated
people do not get a chance to
learn the right way of breathing
and increasing one’s physical
activity capacity.
17
18. Longevity by PAS
Increase in Flexibility, Endurance
and Muscular Strength through
individualized physical activity
enables to live healthy, fit and
independent life with the help of
expert advise for physical
activity patterns.
18
19. ‘BE CAKE METHOD’
for Validity of Higher Education(HE)
OR Balanced Education
Centre for Application of Knowledge Evaluated
by
Measurement Experts Through Health Oriented
Device,
is possible only by Sports Education Inclusion.
Current HE is not only unbalanced but also
unorganized due to non classification of subjects
and due to exclusion of important subjects in
undergraduate education , like Management,
Sports Education, to name only a few.
20. BALANCING GENERAL EDUCATION IS
POSSIBLE THROUGH PAS DEVELOPMENT
Since , presently higher education has not
organized itself through proper weightage
to its subjects ,no valid assessment
criteria is including self responsibility to
BEHAVIOR CHANGE AND THAT OF PAS ,
have been optimally included in
accreditation of educational standards.
Therefore , there is a great need to have
international collaborations to strengthen
the need for INTRODUCING “BE CAKE”
METHOD THROUGH SPORTS EDUCATION.
