This document outlines instructions for a social media audit assignment. Students are asked to: 1) Evaluate three news releases by a pre-approved organization, writing tweets and Facebook posts for each. 2) Review the organization's social media presence on their website, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest. 3) Analyze each platform's content in terms of frequency of updates, engagement, original vs. shared content, and writing style. Then assign a letter grade to each platform based on strengths and weaknesses.
