2Q16 Global ISG Index

The ISG Index Q2 2016 report highlights that the global outsourcing and as-a-service market reached a combined annual contract value (ACV) of $7.9 billion, with as-a-service growing significantly by 45% compared to 2015. While the Americas saw promising growth, particularly in as-a-service with a 48% increase, the EMEA region faced challenges due to a decline in traditional outsourcing contracts. Overall, ytd combined market ACV increased by 10%, primarily driven by as-a-service growth despite flat traditional sourcing.
