Holly Bierbrauer from Missouri Southern State University discussed their implementation of Salesforce for admissions processes. They began a phased implementation in October 2017 and were fully live by September 2018. As part of onboarding staff, they created a "mini-game" where staff completed Trailhead training modules on a timeline for prizes. Successes included staff gaining experience in practice orgs, while pitfalls were a short timeline and lack of follow through from leadership. Going forward, they plan incentive programs and dedicated training time for ongoing learning.
