some were firmly against it.

● Great Game of Education
● Based on Jack Stack’s “Great Game of Business”
● Details a style of management centered around transparency, educating staff, giving
employees a voice, and competitive fun to reach goals.
● Requirements
● All staff members have to participate
● Everyone must reach the goal as an office to win prizes
● Must have a scoreboard for tracking the game
● Have a weekly huddle with staff to review progress
● Goals must be clear, and have reasonable timelines
Trailhead
● Trailhead by Salesforce allows
you to get hands on training
through tutorials and challenges.
● As you progress, you earn points
and badges.
● These points and badges give
you special ranking.
Trailmixes
● You can create personalized lists
of training modules that you want
employees to go through
● You can create mixes that are
customized to employee roles or
user level.
● When finished, share the link.

● Take everyone to a computer lab to set up account

● Always be available to help with questions
● Have the team help each other
● Promotes ownership

● Avoids the trap of one person being the “go to”
