● Campus Event Survey was lengthy and used SurveyMonkey.
● Limited feedback and little actionable data or analytics.
The Goal
Create a survey to:
● Effectively promote feedback
● Collect actionable data
● Boost morale

“I really loved and appreciated all the
individual-based information I got
throughout the tour. It was really
refreshing not to be a part of a huge
group on a tour and to get the
individual attention during the tour. It
was a lot of fun.”

all of the old buildings, chapel and

met with Emma Dusterhoff, the cheer
coach and she is lovely and very

Improve the Visit Experience
“My sleeping arrangement was a bit
uncomfortable - I was on the hard floor
of a dorm room with nothing but a
sleeping bag and a thin foam strip
which didn't really do much. Overall,
though, my visit was very pleasant.”
“As a transfer student, I would like to
have heard more about having my
transcripts reviewed and to let me know
what can be accepted in the degree
areas I'm interested in.”
“The bathrooms in the residence hall
could be improved. There are no
curtains on the showers for privacy.”
“You can improve on making the show
dorm look more welcoming because
the bathrooms were dirty, I would try to
make the room more relatable to what
they will look like after college students
move in, but other than that Belmont is
a beautiful school and well maintained.”
