Panel Statement of Line Page 206 Interworks is our easy, simple and quick solution. The Interworks panel system is priced at all fabric grade levels. Interworks has a metal top cap and a polymer hinge. The glass panel is ¼” thick. The door is 1 7/16” thick. Traxx and Tiles integrate with this product. Connectors and Trim Statement of Line Page 207 The connector is made up of a polymer hinge that (2) ship with each panel. Extra hinges are recommended to be placed at the end of a run for reconfigurations. End trims are required. End caps are for  panels manufactured prior to August 31, 2009. Power and Data Statement of Line Page 208 Panels ship with a power distribution if specified. Jumper cables are used to continue power from one panel to another. The base power entry can enter from the side, at a connection or end of run. The electrical system is 8-wire. All power runs in the base of the panel. Data runs at the top with the capability of holding 8 wires at the base. Think of managing cords below the surface. Interworks EQ Overview Page 209 The current 11P model number panel was introduced on August 31, 2009. The crowned top cap profile is available only painted . Panel Thickness is 2” An in-line connector must be specified between two panels sold in sets of two. Panel has hinge connection Wirewaycovers offer variations in  punch options. You can add stack to change heights
Interworks EQ Acoustical Panel Details Page 210 The hinge is a continuous flexiform polymer hinge. Side rails provide slots at 1” increments for mounting components. Interworks EQ Acoustical Panel Details Page 210 Panel is created from  1 ¼” steel tubing.  The center of the frame is open with two sheets of tackable fiberglass. Panel includes: Top cap Wireway covers Panel hinges Glides and carpet grippers Frame with tiles NRC rating .65 STC rating 15

Interworks EQ  Mid-Wireway Panel  Page 210 This panel is only available in a powered option. The panel ships with a harness at the base and mid-height including the jumper Power can not pass from one panel at mid-height to another. Tiles ship with the frame. The power components can also be added at a later point if you have an existing sectional frame.
Interworks EQ Sectional Panel Page 213 Two tiles are required for each segment however tiles shipped in place,  can be moved. The sizes indicated must be used in the location specified. Fabric is tackable. The glass tile  has an even frame on all four sides which is similar to stack. Metal is embossed or plain front. Image taken from the pricelist.
Interworks EQ Stackable Panel Page 214 Two stack panels can go on top of any one panel. Only the first stack panel is load-bearing. Stack height cannot exceed 80” A change at height cannot occur at a connector. Data cables can be placed inside the stack panel. 10P and 11Pbase models must match 10P and 11P stack models. A full end-trim is required.
Interworks EQ Privacy Panels Page 215 Privacy Panels are for visual privacy only as it does not lock or latch. Doors should always open inside a station. Interworks EQ Hinge Door Page 216 Hinge Door Includes: Frame and threshold Top cap Panel Hinges In-line connector caps A 42” door is required to meet ADA.  A locking lever is also available. Interworks EQ Finish Channels and Trim Top Caps Page 217 A finish channel is necessary to complete a directional turn. An XTC1 connector top cap is required in finishing a 4-way transition. Interworks EQ Power & Data Channels Page 217 When the height is dropped or raised the cables at the top of the panel must transition. The openings provided by the data channel allows for the flow of cabling to continue A finish channel is not required where a data channel is used at a directional transition. Interworks EQ Traxx Starter Panel  Page 218 Interworks EQ offers a connection with Traxx that can go from all points within the space plan offering the greatest flexibility in reconfiguration. Interworks EQ offers a full height end trim to finish exposed edges of Traxx. It is not recommend to wall-start the start and end points of Traxx. Image taken from installation instructions.
Traxx with Interworks EQ Page 218 The Interworks connection is more clean given the polymer hinge panel connection. When joining Interworks EQ to Traxx be sure to use the tiles specified for this connection as tiles will not need to be modified in the field if the wrong height is selected.

Interworks EQ Application Guidelines  For Stackable Panels Page 225 Maximum stack height is 80”. Two stackable panels can go on top of any one panel. You cannot change height at a connector. If placing overheads on one side it is required to use the stackable load brackets from page 251.
Interworks EQ Tackboards Page 275 Interworks EQ panels are fully tackable. Tackboards are available as either  15” or 19” high. 15” tackboards with 62’ panels 19” tackboards with 66” panels. You have the option of specifying the tackboards with  panel fabric (Grade A, B, COM)or seating fabric (Grade 1 or 2). Up to two tackboards may be mounted on one panel.

Interworks EQ Power and Data Overview Page 226 When mixing the electrical system with generation one consult you Product Specifer for specification tips.
Interworks EQ Power Distribution Assemblies and Receptacles Page  227 Power Distributions match the same size as the panel. You can add a power distribution to a non-powered panel. Interworks EQ is an 8-wire system.
Interworks EQ Jumpers Page  227 Jumpers are used to continue power from panel to the next. Mid-height jumpers are included with the mid-height powered panel. 18” wide panels have no electrical access however they can accept pass-thru jumpers cables.
Interworks EQ Floor Power Entry Page  228 A base feed specification is specified based on the point of entry. A finished base plate will ship for a clean connection.
Interworks EQ Ceiling Power Entry and Power/ Data Poles Page  228 The Ceiling Power Entry is specified separate from the ceiling power/ data pole. An extended can be specified for the power/ data pole through customer care. A finish channel is not required when a power/ data pole is used.
Interworks EQ Hardwire Components Page  229 A side feed plate is offered however you can insert the power entry from the end, corner and straight position.
Interworks EQ New York City Power Assemblies Page  230 The power entry is not available for 18” and 24” wide panels only 30” to 60”. Duplex receptacles cannot enter into this power entry however data ports can be added. All panels are purchased non-powered. Mid-Wireway panels are not available for New York.

Interworks EQ Cable Management Page  233 The panel is designed to hold all data at the top and all electrical at the bottom. Eight cables can be run at the bottom of the panel, 4 per side. You can not place data cables at the top of a stack panel. When adding stack on top of a monolithic panel you are encapsulating the data within the panel. Data channels allow cables to drop at a lower panel.
Interworks EQ Worksurface Brackets Important: Brackets must be specified separately. 1 3/16” surfaces need support every 48” 1 9/16” surfaces need support every 60” Cantilevers are handed. Flat brackets are sold individually however must be used in pairs with a cantilever when located at the seam of two surfaces. Edge brackets at corner locations are not specific to hand of bracket.

Interworks EQ Comparisons Previous generation model number  started with 10P New generation of panels start with 11P. You cannot combine new and old generation stack however panels will remain easily attached side-by-side. New -11P Sectional /  Old - 10P Sectional  Old -10P Monolithic / New - 11P Monolithic
Interworks EQ  Is it 10P or 11P? Close up of where the two rails meet. The horizontal rail is for holding the tiles in only and not supporting worksurfaces or components. The corner details between the monolithic panels and sectional show a crisp corner detail. The frame detail on sectional / stack glass has an even frame on all side. New varied height 3-way model number. Full End trim  and hi-lo trim is required not as you will notice connection points on the frame is removed. . Old 10P Stacking on 10P Sectional.   • 4. Panel Statement of Line Page 206 Interworks is our easy, simple and quick solution. The Interworks panel system is priced at all fabric grade levels. Interworks has a metal top cap and a polymer hinge. The glass panel is ¼” thick. The door is 1 7/16” thick. Traxx and Tiles integrate with this product.   • 5. Connectors and Trim Statement of Line Page 207 The connector is made up of a polymer hinge that (2) ship with each panel. Extra hinges are recommended to be placed at the end of a run for reconfigurations. End trims are required. End caps are for panels manufactured prior to August 31, 2009.   • 6. Power and Data Statement of Line Page 208 Panels ship with a power distribution if specified. Jumper cables are used to continue power from one panel to another. The base power entry can enter from the side, at a connection or end of run. The electrical system is 8-wire. All power runs in the base of the panel. Data runs at the top with the capability of holding 8 wires at the base. Think of managing cords below the surface.   • 7. Interworks EQ Overview Page 209 The current 11P model number panel was introduced on August 31, 2009. The crowned top cap profile is available only painted . Panel Thickness is 2” An in-line connector must be specified between two panels sold in sets of two. Panel has hinge connection Wirewaycovers offer variations in punch options. You can add stack to change heights
  • 8. Interworks EQ Acoustical Panel Details Page 210 The hinge is a continuous flexiform polymer hinge. Side rails provide slots at 1” increments for mounting components.   • 11. Interworks EQ Mid-Wireway Panel Page 210 This panel is only available in a powered option. The panel ships with a harness at the base and mid-height including the jumper Power can not pass from one panel at mid-height to another. Tiles ship with the frame. The power components can also be added at a later point if you have an existing sectional frame.
  • 12. Interworks EQ Sectional Panel Page 213 Two tiles are required for each segment however tiles shipped in place, can be moved. The sizes indicated must be used in the location specified.   • 13. Interworks EQ Stackable Panel Page 214 Two stack panels can go on top of any one panel. Only the first stack panel is load-bearing. Stack height cannot exceed 80” A change at height cannot occur at a connector. Data cables can be placed inside the stack panel. 10P and 11Pbase models must match 10P and 11P stack models. A full end-trim is required.
  • 14. Interworks EQ Privacy Panels Page 215 Privacy Panels are for visual privacy only as it does not lock or latch. Doors should always open inside a station.   • 15. Interworks EQ Hinge Door Page 216 Hinge Door Includes: Frame and threshold Top cap Panel Hinges In-line connector caps A 42” door is required to meet ADA. A locking lever is also available.   • 16. Interworks EQ Finish Channels and Trim Top Caps Page 217 A finish channel is necessary to complete a directional turn. An XTC1 connector top cap is required in finishing a 4-way transition. The openings provided by the data channel allows for the flow of cabling to continue A finish channel is not required where a data channel is used at a directional transition.   • 19. Interworks EQ Traxx Starter Panel Page 218 Interworks EQ offers a connection with Traxx that can go from all points within the space plan offering the greatest flexibility in reconfiguration.   • 20. Traxx with Interworks EQ Page 218 The Interworks connection is more clean given the polymer hinge panel connection. When joining Interworks EQ to Traxx be sure to use the tiles specified for this connection as tiles will not need to be modified in the field if the wrong height is selected.
