2. 1250°C Vertical Muffle Furnace a CE Certified 8" diameter vertical vacuum chamber furnace
with complete accessories, including 8" dia. x7"H quartz liner, heavy duty vacuum pump,
digital vacuum gauge and 30 segments temperature controller. It is designed for calcining or
sintering ceramic material or annealing semiconductor wafer under vacuum up to1250°C.
Double layer steel case with air cooling keeps exterior safe to touch.
Top quality SiC heating elements are used in these furnaces. Temperature control unit can
be separated from furnace, and make moving at easy. Its PID automatic control via current
limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier).
This furnace has a Built in protection for over-heated and broken Thermal couple. Heating
element: Fe-Cr-Al Alloy doped by Mo.Heating elements are located on top, bottom and sides
of chamber for enhanced temperature uniformity. The heating element is embedded in the
insulation for maximum heat transfer to the chamber.All accessories are included for
immediate use: One pcs refractory disk, which can
be put on bottom of furnace to protect furnace liner
from wearing out and Three pcs refractory
supports, which may be put on top of the disk and
bottom of the crucible to adjusting crucible
height.
