1500 °C Compact Muffle furnace is ideal for many laboratory applications. Units
feature double-walled, rust-free, textured stainless steel exteriors which ensure low
external temperatures and high stability. The heating elements are encased in
quartz glass tubes making them reliable partners for a variety of applications. The
furnaces have T max 1500 °C, working temperature of 1400 °C. They have an
exhaust air outlet in the rear wall of the furnace and a silent solid-state power control
relay.
CE certified compact muffle furnace with 4.7"x4.7"x4.7" high purity fibrous alumina
chamber, gas inlet and venting ports are installed for using at oxygen or inert gas
riched atmosphere and a 30-segment, programmable temperature controller. It is
the ideal muffle furnace for material research labs and dental labs to prepare small
size sample using temperatures up to 1500oC. Also, the compact furnace can be
placed into a glove box and sinter the sample in vacuum and a controlled
atmosphere.Embedded heating elements on three sides give an improved
temperature gradient. Drop-down door serves as a convenient shelf for loading and
unloading samples. A safety interlock switch disconnects power to heating
elements whenever the door is opened. Chambers are constructed of heavy-duty
welded steel.Temperature is controlled via PID automatic control via SCR (Silicon
Controlled Rectifier) power control, e.g. current limiting phase angle fired the
resistor with 30 steps programmable. Digital control of Compact Muffle furnace
offers simple economical operation and it’s Ideal for ignition tests, gravimetric
analysis, and heat treating steel parts. It has a Feature single set point digital
control.

These chamber furnaces are supplied with manually moveable furnace bottom to
charge the bottom easily outside the furnace. Available for all chamber furnaces with a
temperature range up to 1200 °C, 1300 °C and 1400 °C. Compact Muffle furnace is
supplied optional with fan for integrated air circulation. This air circulation system
increases heat transfer from heating elements to the charge and temperature
uniformity inside the chamber. Chamber furnaces with integrated air circulation are
available for a maximum temperature of 1500 °C.
