2. Larger Bench-Top 1750C Muffle Furnace is Single set point models feature digital
temperature control. LED displays chamber temperature continuously; displays set point at
the touch of a button. Bench Top Muffle furnaces are designed with multiple safeties features
and includes a choice of two temperature control options. It reaches a 1750°C maximum
temperature. Heavy-duty firebrick insulation surrounds the opening for added durability.
CE certified compact muffle furnace with 10 x 10x 12" high purity fibrous alumina chamber,
gas inlet and venting ports are installed for using at oxygen or inert gas rich atmosphere and a
30-segment, programmable temperature controller. It is the ideal muffle furnace for material
research labs and dental labs to prepare small size sample using temperatures up to
1750oC. Also, the compact furnace can be placed into a glove box and sinter the sample in
vacuum and a controlled atmosphere.
The furnace consists of high quality alumina fibre brick and Kanthal Super-1800 MoSi2
heating elements with double layer case. . This Compact Muffle furnace is ideal for many

SAFETY FEATURES
It comes with complete with on/off switch, thermocouple and grounded three-wire cord and
plug. Top quality SiC heating elements are used in these furnaces. Temperature control unit
can be separated from furnace, and make moving at easy. Its PID automatic control via current
limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier). It has a Power
control with 30 segments programmable. It has a Safety features for Door safety switch
protects operator by removing power to the heating elements upon opening the door.

thermocouple failure runaway condition.
It has an adjustable Alarm or over temperature Protection (OTP) setting that can be used to
