• Identifies stakeholders interests, influence, and expectations and relates them to the purpose
of the project
In StakeholderAnalysis, consideration is given to such questions as:
 Are they interested in the project succeeding?
 Will they benefit from the success of the project?
 Will they openly support the project, or not?
 Are they ambivalent ?
 Do they have reasons for wanting the project to fail?
 If their views are negative or ambivalent, can they be persuaded to change?
