This study was conducted on 120 school teacher to find out the influence of anxiety on job satisfaction of teachers teaching
at secondary level from govt. and private schools. The investigator hypothesied that there is no significant difference bitween
anxiety level and job satishfaction of teachers in govt. and private secondary schools. The investigator found that there is
a significant difference between anxiety level and job satisfaction of teachers teaching in govt. and private secondary schools
because govt. secondary school teachers have more job satisfaction less anxiety level. And there is a significant co-relation
between anxiety and job satisfaction of govt. and private secondary school teachers.
