This document summarizes a research study on the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction of teachers in schools. The study investigated the different types of organizational climates that exist in higher secondary schools and how they influence teacher job satisfaction. Questionnaires were administered to 100 teachers to assess organizational climate and job satisfaction. The results showed significant differences in climate and satisfaction based on factors like gender and climate type. Specifically, female teachers and those in schools with an open climate reported higher job satisfaction. The study concluded that organizational climate significantly impacts teacher job satisfaction and open climates are most conducive to satisfaction.
