Students’ perception on statistics is an important element in making sure that they love or do not love the subject. When students interested in learning statistics, their performance in that subject will be good and vice versa. In this study, the relationship between students’ perception on their self-achievement in mathematics and their attitude toward elementary statistics course was investigated. The respondents were selected from different courses, ethnic and religious background, gender, and age group. Sample respondents of 274 were chosen from 18 different classes for elementary statistics course in 2015–2016 academic years. Every class size ranged from 41 to 57 students. A Spearman’s correlation analysis was adopted to examine the relationship. A preliminary study on the data shows that there are seven factors contributing to students’ attitude toward elementary statistics course. Students’ perception on their self-achievement in mathematics and their attitude toward statistics course are related to each other. This study found that students with a good mathematics achievement tend to have a more positive attitude toward statistics.

The sample consisted of 269 XIth standard students from five different schools from Kottayam and Ernakulam district. Tools used are lesson design based on Osborn-Parness model of Creative Problem Solving, lesson design based on prevailing activity oriented approach, and achievement test in Geography. The result concludes that the select model is effective for promoting achievement among higher secondary school Geography students. From the analysis, the treatment group students’ performance gained significantly higher than the control group. The study shows that the CG-Board strategy can improve the effectiveness of teaching and facilitating of Circle Geometry among students.

According to the scoring of pre-test, 20 students were chosen as control group and 20 students were chosen as experimental group. Finally the investigator concludes; (a) There is a significant difference between the means of students thought through conventional method and puzzles and riddles way of learning group. (b) There is a significant difference between the means of the Post-Test scores of control group and experimental group students with respect to the knowledge, understanding and application objectives.

The present study planned to probe the effects of test anxiety on academic achievement of high school pupils. The respondents encompassed of 300 school pupils 158 boys and 142 girls studied in IX standard were selected by random basis from diverse high schools of Thiruvannamalai District. Prof. V. P. Sharma’s Test Anxiety Scale TAS was used to assess test anxiety and English Achievement Test EAT was used to carry out test and calculated the percentage of total marks attain by the students was measured as the academic achievement score. The outcome revealed that the result revealed that there is significant difference in Private school students have high anxiety when compared to Government School students. Nuclear family students achieve more in the academic of English when compared to Joint family students. Government school students achieve more in English when compared to Private school students. And also reveals that there is no significant difference between nuclear family and joint family in respect to their Test Anxiety. This study investigated the use of problems-solving and its effect on student achievement in the mole
concept. Ninety six (96) senior secondary II students were randomly selected form Demonstration Secondary
School, College of Education Azare. The instrument for data collection was 30-item chemistry achievement test
(CAT). The instrument was validated and its reliability determined to be 0.81. Two research questions and two
hypotheses guided the study. The data collected were analyzed using mean and standard deviation to answer the
research questions, while t-test statistics was used to answer the hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. The
results revealed that student taught using problem-solving performed significantly better than those taught
through lecture method. From the findings chemistry teachers are encouraged to attend seminars/workshops on
problem -solving in order to facilitate the teaching and learning of chemistry in schools.
The study used the Survey Attitudes toward Statistics (SATS) devised by Candace Schau to investigate the attitudes toward statistics and the relationship of those attitudes to the students’ sex, course and performance. Participants’ responses are analyzed through mean, t-test and pearson correlation. Findings revealed that students have positive attitude toward statistics, though some display a negative attitude on statistics .The students have different attitudes when clustered according to their sex, course and performance. A pattern on the students’ performance and attitudes was revealed, the more positive the attitude is, the higher the performance.

The study investigated statistical analysis of the main, Joint and individual effects of Kolawole’s Problem Solving (KPS) and conventional teaching methods (CM) on the academic performance and retention of senior secondary school students in Mathematics in Ekiti State, Nigeria. The study also sought to find out whether teaching Mathematics with KPS method is gender and location biased. The study adopted quasi-experimental pretest and post-test research design. The population of the study consisted of all senior secondary schools students in Ekiti State Nigeria. A sample of 400 students were randomly selected from 8 local Government Areas of Ekiti State. Intact classes in each school were randomly selected from each of the 8 Local Government Areas putting into consideration gender and locations of the schools. The results of study showed that all this sample students were homogeneous at the commencement of the study. There were main, joint and individual significant teaching effects of the Kolawole’s Problem Solving (KPS) and conventional methods on academic performance, and retention of senior secondary school students in Mathematics. Also, there was no significant difference in the academic performance and retention of students in rural and Urban Areas and also between male and female students. Based on the findings it could be concluded that KPS is an effective method while conventional method improves and contributed positively towards the academic performance and retention of the students but ineffective method of teaching Mathematics’ KPS method is more effective and students retained more knowledge than convectional method (CM). Finally, KPS method of instruction is neither location nor gender biased. Based on the above findings, KPS method should be adopted as an effective method of teaching Mathematics) in Senior Secondary Schools in order to improve teaching, learning, solving and evaluation skills of the Mathematics teachers as well as those of Mathematics students. Furthermore, seminars and workshops should be organized on KPS for the teachers for effective teaching,-learning,-solving, and evaluation of Mathematics.

The intended participants will include both parents and students. The parents of undergraduate students from a mid-sized university will be included in the study. The parents will consist of both fathers and mothers of students. Parents with students in elementary, junior, and high school levels will be excluded from the study. Undergraduate students who are enrolled in communication studies from a mid-sized university will also be considered as participants for the study. The students will consist of freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors.
The personal demographic questions that the survey will ask the parents include education status, ethnicity, and the level of study of their children as well as their performance record in school. These questions matter because they will enable the research to deduce useful information about the individual parents and their involvement in the education of their children. For instance, the question on their level of education will assess their understanding of the purpose of the study as well as the role of parents in supporting the education initiatives of students. The question on ethnicity will enable the research to determine whether parental involvement or support to children depends on ethnicity. The students will be asked demographic questions such as their age, gender, and level of study. The specific demographic questions for the students will assist in validating the measurement scale. For instance, the level of study will determine the extent of parental support that is needed further validating the measurement scales. The question on gender will expose the difference in perception among male and female students regarding parental support and student satisfaction.
Random sampling will be utilized to collect data. It involves sampling where every object has an equal chance of appearing in the study. This method will be utilized because it produces an unbiased representation of the population which will help in drawing useful conclusions about the study. It will also be utilized due to its simplicity as compared to other sampling techniques. This sampling method will significantly influence the outcomes of the results since it will ensure a higher degree of accuracy and validity.The study will adopt a cross-sectional survey design which will ensure that the researcher examines different samples of a population at a given point in time. It will allow the comparison of results/answers from different samples at one point in time. I will also utilize this survey design because it is generally short and inexpensive. They will also enable me to discover new correlations for the study that can be studied later.

Reinforcement is used to condition a particular behavioral response or action. According to Berger (2014), Reinforcement is a stimulus or event that increases the frequency of response it follows. To increase the frequency of the desired behavior, positive or negative reinforcement must be used. Positive reinforcement works by establishing a motivating stimulus after the desired behavioral response. For example, when a child completes their homework and receives a reward like candy. Negative reinforcement is when a particular stimulus is removed when a particular behavior is displayed. By removing a negative stimulus, it is less likely to occur again. For example, a driver follows the speed limit to avoid receiving a ticket. Keep in mind negative reinforcement is not a punishment because it increases a behavioral response instead of decreasing it.

The question on gender will expose the difference in perception among male and female students regarding parental support and student satisfaction.
Random sampling will be utilized to collect data. It involves sampling where every object has an equal chance of appearing in the study. This method will be utilized because it produces an unbiased representation of the population which will help in drawing useful conclusions about the study. It will also be utilized due to its simplicity as compared to other sampling techniques. This sampling method will significantly influence the outcomes of the results since it will ensure a higher degree of accuracy and validity.The study will adopt a cross-sectional survey design which will ensure that the researcher examines different samples of a population at a given point in time. It will allow the comparison of results/answers from different samples at one point in time. I will also utilize this survey design because it is generally short and inexpensive. They will also enable me to discover new correlations for the study that can be studied later.

Reinforcement is used to condition a particular behavioral response or action. According to Berger (2014), Reinforcement is a stimulus or event that increases the frequency of response it follows. To increase the frequency of the desired behavior, positive or negative reinforcement must be used. Positive reinforcement works by establishing a motivating stimulus after the desired behavioral response. For example, when a child completes their homework and receives a reward like candy. Negative reinforcement is when a particular stimulus is removed when a particular behavior is displayed. By removing a negative stimulus, it is less likely to occur again. For example, a driver follows the speed limit to avoid receiving a ticket. Keep in mind negative reinforcement is not a punishment because it increases a behavioral response instead of decreasing it.

The objective of the study is to find the effect of 5 E learning cycle model on Achievement in Social Science in Std. 8 . The lesson transcript for teaching selected content based on 5E learning cycle model developed by Rodger Bybee of ‘The Biological Science Curriculum Study is planned for study. The sample of the study has been selected in two stages. Purposive sampling technique was adopted for selecting the schools from Surat city, than two sections of eighth standard in both the schools lottery method was used to select the classes for the experiment. The section consisted of 60 students. Randomized pretest posttest match design was adopted as the research design for the study The mean, standard deviation, ‘t test and ANOVA are the statistical technique used. It is concluded that it is significant difference on Achievement score of Experimental and control group and 5E learning cycle model is more effective in enhancing Achievement in Social Science when compared to Traditional Method. I. INTRODUCTION
Agitation in test is one emotional state that resulted to physiologically problems and behavior
problems. Students, when students preparing themselves with mind and spirit mental and physical, they can
organize better their information and they can remember points easier. We have to pay attention a lot and more
to spirit and mental situation Students then can cause performance easier and better training programs. When we
pay attention to and focus on Learning methods, in fact we are facing some factors that very effective and this
factors can have a strong effect on valuations students uses from some special ways for Learning that very
effective on their output in their valuations.
There are lots of technics about correct ways for studying research. This investigation shows that
studying skills are determinative factors on developing and there are one straight contact between educational
developing and motive. (Aminian, 1994) Shows there are positive alliance between. Now the stress from test
can very effective on restitution out (put) (1).(Hashemian,2000) Shows there are meaningful contact between
stress of test and educational developing in another investigation that done with berlane and Gaye in 1983
Shows stress have a negative relation on the mind ability educational developing, self-reliance(2).
(babaneyad,1996) Shows in his investigation there are positive alliance between educational average and study
methods(3). All of the development Science and technology and also the majority of human behavior in results
learning. All of humans achieve all their targets with learning (4).
Although many of people believe they can discover learner of methods of learning. (Seyf,1997) but

1989 with Danveran in 1987 they found in their investigation when students study in their favorite place they
can learn better and more or there is a lot of information that smart students' needs less conformation and they

level, ways of review in 6 question, ways of expansion in 10 question, ways of organization in 6 question, ways
of controlling on understanding point in 7 question and emotional question with 7 question measure this level,
parts. This questionnaire confirmed with 5 Pierson of masters and achieve results with uses of alpha-
Cronbach’s 0.78. For analysis those data used from coefficient connection (alliance) Pierson and regression on
model F test in spss software.
III. FINDINGS
Assumption of search:

Gayj&Brlainer, 1983 and Koler&Holahan, 1980.

the result of t test show to us mind ways, expend ways, organization ways, not a meaningful connection with
