Balances cash drawer and prepares deposit daily. Certifies proper handling of Registered Mail. Manages all PO Boxes

to verify they are complete and correct as well as forms regarding changes of address, or theft or loss of mail, or for

· Retrieves and obtains signatures for parcels from the back that couldn’t be dropped off tothe customer. Sorts incoming
and outgoing mail into proper bins. Inspects all paperwork to verify it’s in its proper folders.
· Assist mail carriers by sorting mail into proper trays or bags for transport. Eagerly assists other mail clerks and/or mail
carriers when someone calls out for the day or needs help.
