We wish to express our profound gratitude to BABA FARID
COLLAGE OF MANGEMENT AND TECHNOLOGY for giving us
as an opportunity to be a part of their esteem organization and
enhance our knowledge by granting permission to do our
workshop on “ENTREPRENURE LEADERSHIP “under their
guidance.
We would like to thank Ms. Manju for giving as the
opportunity to work on a business and management project.
Miss Manju gives us a good chance to learn a lot of things while
doing this project. We are grateful for this opportunity. It has
improved our communication skill and our knowledge of what is
happening in the today’s world. I would also like to thank my
group members too for a helping me in this project and a shared
their views related to our project.
4. Entrepreneur
A person who organizes and manages any enterprise,
especially a business, usually with considerable initiative
and risk.
The word entrepreneur originates from the French word,
entreprendre, which means "to undertake." In a business
context, it means to start a business. Entrepreneur, translated
from its French roots, means "one who undertakes." The term
is used to refer to anyone who undertakes the organization
and management of an enterprise involving independence and
risk as well as the opportunity for profit.

A simple definition of leadership is that leadership is the
art of motivating a group of people to act towards
achieving a common goal

Rarely can entrepreneurs make a company succeed by
themselves. This is much like the fact that the greatest
athlete doesn't ensure that their team will win if the
other players cannot perform. As such, entrepreneurs
need to be able to identify staffing needs, expertly fill
them, and lead the team to success.
