6. LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY
The duration of the study was limited to a period
of 45 days, so an extensive and deep study could
not be possible.
Study is confined to Head office Mangalore
only.
The data collected from respondents may be
biased, due to lack of time to be spent on filling
questionnaire.

respondent have a positive attitude
towards work. This is evident as
most of them accept any work given

because of poor interpersonal relation.

16. SUGGESTIONS
The company should provide frequent counseling to
the employees in order to over come stress.
The counseling should be focused on building up
interpersonal relationship between the employees
and superiors.
Company should implement certain changes in order
to overcome stress in the work place such as work
load and periodic relaxation
Stress through lack of communication can be
overcome through get to gathers, birthday parties,
recreational tours, outbound training that are been
conducted by the organization.

The test statistics is:

At 5% level of significance

Table value = 13.063
20. INTERPRETATION
Since the calculated value (13.063) is greater than the
table value (9.488), we reject the null hypothesis and
accept the alternative hypothesis. Hence it is clear
that stress management has significant impact on the
job satisfaction.
