FINDINGS
 The study reveals that Good pay is a biggest motivator
for employees in THDC.
 Most of the employees are optimistic about their future
success with the company.
 Most of the employee feels that the environment of
THDC is suitable for them to work.
 My observation states that the company cares about its
people.
 The employees are happy with the working conditions
and extra facilities provided to them.
SUGGESTIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS
Regular feedback and dialogue with superiors -
Feedback is the key to giving employees a sense of
where they’re going.
Quality of working relationship with peers and
subordinates should be improved by providing them
task which they can perform together in a team.
CONCLUSION
I conducted a job satisfaction survey in THDC, to discover
what motivates people, what drives loyalty and what
genuinely makes and keeps their employees happy and
satisfied in their job.
And the conclusion of the survey is that employees are
satisfied to an extent in their respective jobs.
A majority of employees are satisfied with the company
policy and condition .
"No matter how motivated an employee is; his or her
performance is going to suffer if there isn't a supportive work
environment.
