Training and Development (T&D) at People strong is
classified for two categories of employees.
1. New Recruits
2. Other Employees
14. T&D Process For New Recruits
New recruits go through an Induction program.
Classroom Training exists for groups joining simultaneously.
15. T&D Process For Other Employees
Training Needs Analysis.
HR decides on nomination of employees across the company
for Training Programs, based on training needs generated in
the appraisal.
Generation of Training Reports Does not exist at present .
16. Parallel Process:-
i) The vendor for training programs can be either
a company or a faculty member.
ii) There is a ‘Train the Trainer’ program which results
in a certification process at the end, for all internal faculty.

were of the level senior officers to assistant managers. I have
used 5 point likert scale in most of the questions in my
questionnaire.

34. FINDINGS
Most of the employees in P.S.HR Services Pvt. Ltd strongly agree that
the existing training program was well planned friendly, and it is really
useful to the new employees.
40% to 42% of the employees agree that the training have great effect
on the day to day work.
Most of the employees stated that they learn more on the job in
comparison to off the job.
Most of the employees agree that the training given by the trainer
and rate the training as excellent.
90% to 93% of the employees agrees that the training given was well
planned.
Some of the employees feels the training program like a stress or burden
on them because it increases the work load.
35. Training should be given according to the job profile of the employees.
Since a few employees felt that the training they had undergone in the
last two years didn’t help them at all.
Rather than just investing money on various training people strong
HR services pvt. Ltd. Should also concentrate on regular training
Evaluation.
The executive and supervisor level thinks that the ongoing training
was good but will be better if the company have a trainer and
sufficient time is given to the training.
The operators stated that if training is given once a month it will be
more effective.
SUGGESTIONS
36. Training should be given in the morning when they are fresh then it
will be effective because they can concentrate more.
The newly appointed operators stated that if a guide or senior person
advice or talks about the instruments or machine in the workshop for
an hour every day until they can do their work themselves then the
training will be more effective.

37. Limitation of study
Time constraint:
The scope of present study had to be limited due to pacify of
time. Limited time is to be devoted to it.
Reliability of data:
Some respondents were hesitant in giving out data. So a few
respondents might have concealed the actual information.
Financial constraint:
The financial aspects which included traveling cost, cost of
administering questionnaire and compilation and presentation
of data also text it all.
38. Difficulty in collecting data:
Sometime it was very difficult to meet or contact the employees
due to their busy schedule.
Sample size:
Sample size is limited to Forty which may not be the representative
of the universe.

39. CONCLUSION
I have learnt about how to prepare a training program for the
newly appointed employees and experienced the training process
carried out at people strong HR services pvt Ltd.
The executive and supervisor level thinks that the ongoing
training was good but will be better if the company have a trainer
and sufficient time is given to the training.
There must be an internal and external trainer, if both is used then
the training program will be more effective.
The operators stated that if training is given once a month it will be
more effective.
The newly appointed operators stated that if a guide or senior
person advice or talks about the instruments or machine in the
workshop for an hour every day until they can do their work
themselves then the training will be more effective.
