education and skills development initiatives aimed at raising awareness of
conservation and its value.

Ambassadors are chosen to represent
their community. They are trained in

The programme aims to rehabilitate
degraded land and eradicate invasive
alien plants. A team in each village will
be employed as conservation workers
and will receive an income, training
and skills from the programme

Connected Conservation…
Pilot solution
The pilot solution was deployed in
November 2015. The reserve is adjacent
to the infamous Kruger National Park in
South Africa. The solution tracks the
movement of people and has created a
safe haven for the rhino.

Due to the success of the pilot solution,
we are expanding into new geographies
and protecting more animal species. We
are expanding the solution into
Mozambique; Zambia and Kenya to
protect rhino as well as elephant.
