2. Information technology (IST) is non-governmental and nonpolitical
organization. The IS was established by group of patriot youth on
January 2018. It was registered with number (55) in the education
presidency of faryab province and worked in Maimana more than
two years. this center presented about 100 students to the technology
in different sections especially in computer, Internet, management ,
English & web design.
They are really working hard to serve for their people.
the main aim of the IS members are serving better for the people
and provide the modern educational materials and programs to the
students in order to connect them to the other countries educational
systems.

3. Motives for generosity
India is Afghanistan's biggest donor in the region.
It has spent over $5005 in Afghanistan since the overthrow of the
Taliban in 2001.
Much of this money has been spent in rebuilding Afghanistan's
infrastructure
with regular contributions in sectors like education, health
care and power.
India has also helped in other areas like transportation, aviation and
telecommunications.
4. Delhi is also involved in the training of Afghanistan's civil servants,
diplomats and police officers.
From India's point of view, Afghanistan has great strategic importance.
It is India's gateway to Central Asia - a crucial region
in view of Delhi's growing energy requirements. Correspondents say
Delhi is also
keen to counter Pakistan's influence in Afghanistan.
