LEAVE AND ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT
 Updating Attendance, leaves (full day and Half day) and keeping a track of Record of leave and attendance.
 Sending weekly/monthlyattendance sheetto all employee's/supervisors,Resolving their issues in
attendance if arises.
 Sending the Attendance details to Head Office for Salary Processing.
Transportation Management.
 Excellent route managementto reduce the time and expenses in Transportation.
 Taking care of well-maintained vehicle o+ to be use.
 Appointing100%well Driver,Maid,andboysand trainedthemaccordingtothe school.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
 Vendor Management(Coordinating the all Vendor for the smooth operation)
Checking on Vendor like Security, Housekeeping,Electrician ,Plumber ,Groceries and Stationarypersonnel
and Coordinating with their supervisor for any issues.
 Ordering Groceries and stationaryaccordinglyand maintain the stock of all such items.

 Handling team of20 to 25 people working in maintenance work activities like Plumber,
 Electrician, Fielders,Helpers,Welders,Carpenter,Motor binder,Sewing Machine Mechanic & Looking
after all Transportation work like dispatching materials from Head Office to other units.
 Responsible for upkeep of Store Electrical (All electrical equipment),Civil & mechanical maintenance & to
keep a close check on the store opex and ensure opexdoes not exceed the budget&Vendor Management
