 Contractor payroll should be completed within 5 days after
completion of fortnight / month.
 Complete contractor payroll with paysilp should be issued
to production inventory for payments.
 Maintain staff attendance on monthly basis (every 7 day of
each month-12 days of new month within 5 days) and to be
kept at HR cupboard.
 Maintain loader attendance on fortnight / monthly basis and
to be kept at HR cupboard.
 Monitor daily activities of time keeper.
 Maintain & Enter daily contractor and staff personal file.
 Make worker and factory identity card and issue to time
keeper for distribution.
 Maintain daily correctedattendance after receiving from
