• TDS/TCS deduction and prepare the challan and filing of E-return.
• Reconcile the Debtors & Creditors A/C and short out their disputes.
• Preparation of Debit/Credit Note
• Bank Reconciliation.
• Preparation of Bank Stock Statement for CC A/c.
• Weekly Debtors/Creditors Ageing.
• Handle the Internal Audit.
• Assist in preparation of Balance Sheet & P & L A/C
EXCISE & SERVICE TAX:-
• Preparation of Excise Return (ER-1, 4, 5, 6 & 7).
• Maintaining of RG-1, PLA, RG23 (Part-I, II & Part C-I, II) and Job work Register.
• Corresponding with the Dept. Regarding CT-3 Intimation, ARE-3 & 1.
• Handle the Service Tax Receivable & Payable.
• Also handle the Excise Audit(Internal & External )
• Preparation of Excise Invoice,ARE-1 for SEZ & Direct Export
• Preparation of Export Invoice ,Packing List,
• Preparation of Examination Report for factory sealed
• Preparation of Annexure-19 & correspondence with Gov. Deptt.
• Online Filing of Service Tax Return S.T.3 Half yearly Return
