4. Verbal communication
Verbal communication is the use of words to
share information with other people. It can
therefore include both spoken and written
communication.
However, many people use the term to describe
only spoken communication. The verbal
element of communication is all about the
words that you choose, and how they are heard
and interpreted.
5. Non verbal communication
Nonverbal communication is the
transfer of information through the
use of body language including
eye contact, facial expressions,
gestures and more.
The Non –Verbal Communication is
the process of conveying meaning
without the use of words either
written or spoken.
For example, smiling when you
meet someone conveys
friendliness, acceptance and
openness.

The human face is extremely expressive, able
to convey countless emotions without saying a
word.
The facial expressions for happiness, sadness,
anger, surprise, fear, and disgust are the same
across cultures.
