Packing
Expeller Seal- The expeller generate a reverse centrifugal
force to prevent the leakage. It can be used for single­ stage
pump or the first pump of multiple pumps in series when the
positive pressure at suction side is larger than that at
discharge side by no more than 1 0 %. No gland water is
needed, the slurry will not be diluted and the sea-ling effect is
reliable, used in where dilution of slurry is not allowed
Mechanical Seal- Suitable for applications where no extra
substance is allowed to mix with the fluid being pumped,
such as chemical or food industry.
Pump liner and impeller material have
inter changeable wear part combinations.
Liners and impellers for hard metal and elastomer lined pumps have common
dimensions and are interchangeable within the same pump size.
Frame supports the bearing cartridge which includes grease lubricated taper roller or
cylindrical bearings. Bearings are located on a large diameter shaft designed to
minimize overhang and deflection.

Application Features and Design
MSP sump pumps are an ultra-heavy duty design
for continuous operation, the bearing assembly
design allows the pumps to operate in very tough
conditions without damaging the bearing.
Both high chrome alloy and elastomer wet end parts
are suitable to the different applications, and the
pumps use in many industries, various lengths and
suction extensions are available to suit most sump
depths.

Horizontal slurry pumps are cantilevered centrifugal pumps. They have been designed for the
handling of highly abrasive or corrosive high density slurries, which are widely used in
Metallurgical, Mining, Coal, Petroleum & Chemical, Transportation, River & Channel dredging,
Building material and municipal projects. Its construction can be divided into following types
based on the application ranges.
1.1 Type--ZJ, ZJP, ZJHP, ZJM, ZJH pumps are also called as heavy-duty pumps. They can
be operated in multi-stage series installation within the maximum working pressure of various
types of pump because these types of pump have fitted with thicker wear parts and large duty
frame, suitably transporting highly abrasive high density slurry or lower density high head
slurry. Among of them, type ZJH pump is suitable for lower density and abrasive high head
slurry. Above types of pumps also can be used in certain corrosive slurries.
1.2 Type ZJD pump can be also called as light-duty slurry pump. Compared with heavy-duty
slurry pump, this type of pump is high speed, smallest, light-weight and suitable for transporting
fine particle lower density slurry (the maximum concentration in weight does not exceed 30%). It
can be used for transporting high density lower abrasive slurry too.
1.3 Type D dredge pump and type ZJS gravel pump is designed for high density and lower
abrasive slurry, which are suitable for delivering gravel, mud and slurry contained larger solids
not for corrosive slurry.
1.4 The wet parts of ZJR, ZJDR & ZJMR pumps should be elastomer. Its casing, cover and
driving can be exchanged with ZJ, ZJD, types of pump for the fine particle and corrosive

    Horizontal slurry pumpsare cantilevered centrifugal pumps. They have been designed for the handling of highly abrasive or corrosive high density slurries, which are widely used in Metallurgical, Mining, Coal, Petroleum & Chemical, Transportation, River & Channel dredging, Building material and municipal projects. Its construction can be divided into following types based on the application ranges. 1.1 Type--ZJ, ZJP, ZJHP, ZJM, ZJH pumps are also called as heavy-duty pumps. They can be operated in multi-stage series installation within the maximum working pressure of various types of pump because these types of pump have fitted with thicker wear parts and large duty frame, suitably transporting highly abrasive high density slurry or lower density high head slurry. Among of them, type ZJH pump is suitable for lower density and abrasive high head slurry. Above types of pumps also can be used in certain corrosive slurries. 1.2 Type ZJD pump can be also called as light-duty slurry pump. Compared with heavy-duty slurry pump, this type of pump is high speed, smallest, light-weight and suitable for transporting fine particle lower density slurry (the maximum concentration in weight does not exceed 30%). It can be used for transporting high density lower abrasive slurry too. 1.3 Type D dredge pump and type ZJS gravel pump is designed for high density and lower abrasive slurry, which are suitable for delivering gravel, mud and slurry contained larger solids not for corrosive slurry. 1.4 The wet parts of ZJR, ZJDR & ZJMR pumps should be elastomer. Its casing, cover and driving can be exchanged with ZJ, ZJD, types of pump for the fine particle and corrosive The sump pump type ZJL(R) is vertical, centrifugal slurry pump. It is suitable for delivering abrasion or corrosive slurry and the pump is always immersed in the sump or pit to operate. The sump pump is divided into type ZJL and ZJLR, but they have the same construction. The wet- parts and shaft for type ZJL is made of metal material for delivering abrasive slurry and for type ZJLR is lined with corrosive-resistant rubber for delivering corrosive slurry. The ZJL(R) sump pump is widely used for mining, chemical industry and each factory and mine enterprise. The sump pump type ZJL(R) is vertical, centrifugal slurry pump. It is suitable for delivering abrasion or corrosive slurry and the pump is always immersed in the sump or pit to operate. The sump pump is divided into type ZJL and ZJLR, but they have the same construction.
