2. Key duties/responsibilities for project administrator
1. Book sales orders per signed contract and sales costing
2. Issue invoicing for individual project milestones based on proper sales tax,
hedging considerations, etc.
3. Assist in the documentation associated with purchasing project related
items
4. Provide support to Project Managers on project delivery financials (i.e.
operating costs, collections, warranty, credit insurance, etc.)
5. Assist Project Managers with reports including financial reports, earned
value, etc.
6. Assist with the creation of annual support agreements for customer service
7. Develop month end and quarterly financial reports for project group
8. Maintain project related documentation per our defined quality processes
9. Ensure a high level of customer service when communicating with
external and internal clients
10. Coordinate employee time and expense tracking including completion of
bill backs
3. Key job qualifications for project administrator
1. Bachelor's Degree
2. At least 1 year experience in Project Management
3. At least 1 year experience in knowledge of Mainframe applications
4. At least 1 year experience in effectively working and communicating with
team members
5. At least 1 year experience in documentation, cross functional team(s)
communication and status reports
6. At least 1 year experience in effectively managing customer relationship
7. At least 1 year experience in verbal and written communications
8. At least 1 year experience in MS Project, MS Office applications -Word,
Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio
9. At least 1 year experience in knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2,
SAS, VSAM, SQL, SyncSort, File-AID
10. At least 1 year experience in software development life cycle (SDLC)
