1. Organisation of Photo-shoot
We are going to be having a photo-shoot with our main artist so that we can get pictures that we could
potentially use for our individual album adverts and digipacks.
Our photo-shoot will take place in one of the media rooms after school hours, we need to make sure that
we have enough time for both of us to get all of the pictures we need. After taking the photos I will be able
to look through and see which ones I think will work best on my digipack and album advert. I may still
choose to use an image that was taken when we were filming, but by doing the photo-shoot I can make
sure I have plenty of options.

2. Organisation of Photo-shoot
COSTUME
When thinking about the costume
I want my artist to be in I need to
remember the style and genre of
music. I am thinking about having
my artist in one of the costumes
he was wearing in the video, it
will definitely be the same style to
show that he fits in with the Indie
rap music style. The headband
and glasses he is going to be
wearing shows that he is young
and has his own style.
PROPS
Were not sure whether or not
we want our artist doing
anything or holding anything
during the photo-shoot. We
are not ruling it out but I think
I want my audiences main
focus to me on the artist
himself rather than what he is
doing. Although this could
change when it comes to doing
the actual shoot.
EQUIPMENT
We are doing our photo-shoot
in a media room, we will be
using a
• Green screen
• Nikon SLR
• 2 interfit lights.
These are the essentials that we
are going to need to make sure
that our pictures come out
clearly.
LOCATION
We are going to do our photo
shoot in one of the media
rooms, this way we are able
to use the green screen and
lighting. We already have
some photos of the artist at
the location that the video
was filmed so we don’t need
to do another shoot there.
This way we have a wider
variety of photos to pick
from when we make our
digipack and album advert.
