for login type 1
(if you use ‘Paytm Login’ button)

Click on ‘Paytm Login’
Follow these steps to reset your password-
Click on ‘Forgot Password’
6. Call on the given number and press 1, you will receive
the password reset link via SMS
Ensure you call using the registered mobile number
Sellers who use their mobile number to login Sellers who use their email ID to login
Click on ‘click here’ and follow the next steps

Click on “Send reset password link”
Reset Password link will be sent to your email ID

9. Follow these steps to reset your password-
Click on ‘Forget Password’

Reset Password link will be sent to your email ID from
noreply@paytm.com

Also check your junk/spam folder
Not able to find? Resend the link using
same steps
Still not received? Raise a ticket
