In this module, we will discuss cases:
1. Username entered doesn’t belong to any seller account
2. Resetting seller panel password
3. Reset password link not received
4. Reset password link is expired
5. Password reset, still not able to login
6. Panel error: Paytm account is already linked to another
seller account
7. Staff member has left, want to change the credentials
8. Don't have access to my registered email or phone, not
able to reset my password
9. Reach out to support team for help

2. Username entered doesn’t belong to any seller account
It occurs if you have entered an incorrect email Id/mobile no. to login to your seller panel. Be mindful of
the following to avoid such issues:
1. If you are using your registered email Id with correct spellings and domain
2. You are entering your registered mobile no. with all correct 10 digits
3. If you still facing this issue, raise a ticket

3. Reset your password
It’s a simple three-step process:
Get the password
reset link
Reset your password

4. Resetting your seller panel password (1/3)
Enter your registered email Id or mobile number and
click on Continue
Follow these steps to reset your password-
Click on ‘Forgot Password’

5. Call on the given number and press 1, you will receive
the password reset link via SMS
Ensure you call using the registered mobile number
Sellers who use their mobile number to login Sellers who use their email ID to login
Click on ‘click here’ and follow the next steps

6. Enter you registered email id here
Ensure there are no spelling errors
Click on “Send reset password link”
Reset Password link will be sent to your email ID

7. Reset password link not received
Follow these steps to get reset link
Reset password link expired
Follow these steps to get updated link
Check if you have entered correct
email id/mobile number
Also check your junk/spam folder
Not able to find? Resend the link using
same steps
Still not received? Raise a ticket
Resend the link using steps

Still received an expired link? Ensure
that you are checking the latest email
Still received an expired link? Raise a
ticket
Want to change
credentials/reset password but :
•Don’t have access to registered
email ID/mobile number
•Staff member has left

Follow these steps to login
Ensure that you have followed the
correct steps to reset the password
(based on your login type)
Also ensure that you are using the
correct password (check for spelling,
case type, etc.)
