2. Username entered doesn’t belong to any seller account
It occurs if you have entered an incorrect email Id/mobile no. to login to your seller panel. Be mindful of
the following to avoid such issues:
1. If you are using your registered email Id with correct spellings and domain
2. You are entering your registered mobile no. with all correct 10 digits
3. If you still facing this issue, raise a ticket

It’s a simple three-step process:
Get the password
reset link
Reset your password
4. Resetting your seller panel password (1/3)
Enter your registered email Id or mobile number and
click on Continue
Follow these steps to reset your password-
Click on ‘Forgot Password’
5. Call on the given number and press 1, you will receive
the password reset link via SMS
Ensure you call using the registered mobile number
Sellers who use their mobile number to login Sellers who use their email ID to login
Click on ‘click here’ and follow the next steps
