It’s a simple three-step process:
Identify your login
type
Get the password
reset link
Reset your password

Type 1
If you use Paytm Login button
Type 2
If you use Log In button

3. Steps to reset password
for login type 1
(if you use ‘Paytm Login’ button)

4. Resetting your seller panel password (1/4)
Click on ‘Paytm Login’
Follow these steps to reset your password-
Click on ‘Forgot Password’

5. Call on the given number and press 1, you will receive
the password reset link via SMS
Ensure you call using the registered mobile number
Sellers who use their mobile number to login Sellers who use their email ID to login
Click on ‘click here’ and follow the next steps

6. Enter you registered email id here
Ensure there are no spelling errors
Click on “Send reset password link”
Reset Password link will be sent to your email ID

7. Set the password and
click on Submit

Reset Password link will be sent to your email ID

Click on Set Password

8. Login to the seller panel
Click on ‘Paytm Login’ Enter your credentials and click on Sign In Securely

9. Steps to reset password
for login type 2
(if you use ‘Log In’ button)

10. Follow these steps to reset your password-
Click on ‘Forget Password’

Enter your registered email Id and click on Submit
Ensure there are no spelling errors
Reset Password link will be sent to your email ID from
noreply@paytm.com

11. Set your new password and click on Finish

Click on Reset Password button

12. Login to the seller panel
Enter your credentials and click on Log In
