3. Hello…..
 My self Smit.n.patel. I am doing BACHLER
OF ENGINEERING in CIVIL ENGINEERING at
GOVERNMENT COLLEAGE BHAVNAGAR.
 Here I am presenting of some properties of
contributor with a small interview of
Gaurangbhai.G.Shah as a Contributor.

6.  Contributor focus on his goal and do his work
perfectly, they take responsibility for doing work in
any situation, contributor have wider view of their
work and they take pride for doing their work.

7. He was serving as a teacher since 2000.
that means he is connected with the
teaching field from last 16 years.

8. He had never take his work only as duty for which
he had been paid. But he take it also as goal , mission ,
vision , and challenge for establishment.

9. When he was join his job in 2000 , there is no value
for education in village since the lower level of
awareness. People did not ready to send their girl
child to school.
Hence he felt very poor to convince them for
obtaining education.

10. He was think when his soul will tell him that
That’s your way wt where he want to go..its
your satisfaction.
It should be internal satisfaction.

11. His short term vision is that to reduce drop out ratio
of girls as well as boys in villages due to lack of
facilities related to education

12. His long term vision is that our nation
India and our Gujarat will achieve first
number in world in education field.

13.  As we know from the above detail about mr.
Gaurang.G.Shah was very hardworking,
honest, kindest person who can understand his
job responsibility and care about little things
about the student. His personality is perfect to
contributor personality. So he got promotions
on his life.
