In their field of marketing it is always
challenges there many a times at first look it
looks like hurdle but when you conquer it, you
realise that it was challenge but now it
becomes opportunity. So he feel every
challenge is opportunity for me.
8. Job Satisfaction
Actually internal and external both required for job
satisfaction. But according to him INTERNAL
satisfaction is job satisfaction for him. Sometimes
you give your 100% for completion of particular job
work it might happened that you don’t get desired
result but still he do his best so externally it don’t
looks satisfied work but for him internally it was
satisfied work as he give his best. On the contrary
sometimes externally your job work done as desired
but without your required contribution. Externally it
is satisfying work but internally he feel that he have
not put his desired efforts in it. So according to him
internal satisfaction is job satisfaction.
9. Reward or opportunity
He think reward is clubbed in with
opportunity than everybody take any task as
opportunity. Same way he believe in purpose
vision with domain vision it will give
employees to achieve company’s purpose
with the clear and well-defined procedure.
10. Dealing with juniors
He think that many times such thing happens
at that time he need to spend time with them
and make them to realise that whatever task
is given to them it required their efforts which
ultimately results in to reward them along
with fulfilment of company’s purpose.

In such time he need to make them realise
the ground reality which sometimes they are
not aware of it I need to collect data from
competitor company’s by that way I make
them realise what actually required as
superior from you to complete desired work.

Once he recall that he have to launch a product
from in their area and product was so common
that each and every company have it he was
worried that how can he generate his share in
current market. For effective branding he
concentrate very few but esteemed customer in
the profession and convince them and by that
way he get attention of other followers of them
and that way by planning and execution he
overcame fear and proved myself.

short term vision is to fulfil his targets given

There is no any key for success except do it
for yourself you cannot have success from
other’s efforts so you have to do it yourself.

16. LIFE EXPERIENCE
At the time of his first job’s three days he
could not visit any of doctors because he was
not confident enough that he can talk to
them about his product but after practising it
for two days he visited their family doctor and
start with it gradually he grow and at present
he is senior business development officer. So
overcome from your fear success will
definitely kiss your feet.
