5. DR. NALINBHAI PANDIT
 Dr. Pandit is a retired DISTRICT
EDUCATIONAL OFFICER (DEO).
 He is B.Sc. , M.Ed. Plus P.H.D.
 He worked in this field of education from
1970 to 2007.

6. QUALITIES TO BECOME
SUCCESSFUL PERSON..
 According to him hard work is the
basic ingredient to become a
successful person.
 One should do his/her work honestly
and should be fully dedicated towards
it.
 He believed on Gandhiji’s ideology of
“simple living and high thinking”.

7. HIS JOURNEY
 He started his career as a teacher from the
small village Babria of Amreli.
 In his entire professional life his main motto
was doing his work honestly whether anyone is
appreciating it or not.
 He believed that job satisfaction is the best
reward which I get from my work.
 He believed that the opinion of juniors also
mattes for proper functioning of any
organization. He always gave the staff
members working under him equal opportunity
to put forward their ideas and suggestions .

8. MESSAGE FOR YOUTH
He gave me these
2 books and said
that these books
are the best
inspirational
books for todays
youth.

9.  “LIFE IS A EXAM BUT EXAMS ARE NOT
LIFE ”. This is the only message he wanted
to give to the youths.
 Don’t be afraid of failures and never get
disappointed in life .
 According to him Failures are nothing but
the learning experiences, if taken positively
will lead you towards your destination.
 Youths should develop the habit of reading
books because the more you read the more
you explore.

10. HIS CONTRIBUTION
He worked in the Education field
for 37 years and is still working
even after his retirement.
He is also active member of :

2. Bramhanand school
3. Gram dakhshina
4. Nutan bal shikshan sangh , Gujarat

11. ACHIEVEMENTS
He was the first person in Gujarat
to become DEO at very young age.
He was also nominated for UNISCO
awards.
He was also member of Graduate
and Professional Student
Council(GPSE).

12. AFTER RETIREMENT..
How he lives his retired life is really
adorable.
He gives free education to the poor
children .
He is having farm, he spends most of
his leisure time in the lap of nature
,helping workers in farming

13. CONCLUSION.
On the basis of his action and interview
taken, I think that his life journey is truly
adorable.
He always do his work with full honesty and
dedication, demonstrate trustful behaviour
and have active concern for others .
Apart from achieving so many thing in life
and at good financial position he is living
very simple life which is the most inspiring
message from him.
So I conclude that Dr. Nalin bhai Pandit is a
contributor.
