 My self Mrudangi j. hingu. I am doing
BECHLER OF ENGINEERING in ELECTRONICS
& COMMUNICATION at GOVERNMENT
COLLEAGE BHAVNAGAR.
 Here I am presenting of some properties of
contributor with a small interview of JAYESHBHAI
H. DARJI AS A CONTRIBUTOR.

3. ANS: I am serving as a teacher SINCE 1984.That
means I am connected with the teaching field
from last 30 years.

4. ANS: I Had never take my work only as duty for which
I had been paid. But I take it also as goal , mission ,
vision , and challenge for establishment.

5. ANS: To be a successful person I believe that “SWITCH ON
your mind only for recent work & SWITCH OFF it for
all other matters”
That means concentrate fully on your work.
Be present not only physically but also mentally at
your field or work place.

6. ANS: When I join my job in 1984 , there is no value for
education in village since the lower level of
awareness.
People did not ready to send their girl child to school.
Hence I felt very poor to convince them for obtaining
education.

7. ANS: I think when your soul will tell you that
yahhh…. That’s your wayyy… wt where you
want to go..its your satisfaction.
It should be internal satisfaction.

8. ANS :Yahhh…….. its obviously happened as commonly.
But at that time I calmly handled them by giving
them motivating advice. sometimes I also help
them to accomplish their work.

9. ANS: I made many students capable for their further
education by giving them right advice according
to their carrier.
I also contribute as all teacher by making many
doctors , engineers, social workers, politicians etc.

10. ANS: My short term vision is that to reduce drop out ratio
of girls as well as boys in villages due to lack of
facilities related to education
like….……………….. Transportation services ,
Infrastructure etc….

11. ANS : My long term vision is that our nation India and our
Gujarat will achieve first number in world in education
field.
National level universities will be developed in India as
soon as possible.
