5. Challenge - An Opportunity or a
Hurdle?
Always as an opportunity. No pain no gain.
Once they had very stringent deadlines. In
their team there were 6 people. Of which two
people resigned on very last moment. Out of
4, other two had some medical emergencies.
He was only left with 2 persons with tons of
work. But the inner zest in him derived him to
work day and night with other two people and
finally they as a team accomplished the task.

6. To him, Job Satisfaction is –
Job satisfaction is the both external and
internal satisfaction for him. If he succeed in
any one task rather then taking it as a
satisfaction, he will find more difficult tasks
to solve unless they all will be solved.

7. Convincing the Authorities for
support….
If any difficulty/problem occurs by juniors
then he will first understand the problem, give
advise to them and motivating them by
helping to find efficient solution.
If he has done any mistake, he will always
hear seniors first and try to make them
understand your situation. He believe every
problem can be solved by discussion.

8. Contribution to the Society…
Any efforts placed by him adds to the growth
of organization in totality. According to him
also if company grows it will generate more
employment opportunities.

Vision….
His short term vision is to see his team and
work going smoothly to meet the monthly
quarterly and yearly deadlines.
His long term vision is to enhance the
business. To generate more opportunities, he
want to see his self as an emerging leader in

Take your work passionately.
Otherwise you will always be in a rat race.
Network, meet as many people and make as
many friends as you can Get into a good study
group.

11. Life experience which feel makes
him as a successful person.
He had always ensured that he give quality
time to his family. In fact he had postponed
many travelling opportunities because he can
spent time with them. Initially he had not
received the increments or promotions…..
But with their support over the period of time,
he had put his best efforts to balance his work
life balance. Always given enough time to
close friends and that’s the reason he have his
family, friends and near ones to celebrate his
life with him. I think that is being successful. 11
