Elevated Careers™ Talent Analytics Solution
Recruitment market is in flux with online talent analytic tools market now at
$5bn and growing at 15% annually.
70% of workers identify as disengaged from their work. 77% of voluntary
workforce job changes are related to issues having to do directly with lack of
corporate culture fit.
Career change and job change are both accelerating. Workers now change
jobs as often as 10‐15 times over their lifetime, and careers as often as 5‐7 times.

the US workforce – 25 million job searches per month, 300 million per year.
Elevated Careers™ Business Potential
EC operationalizes concept of FIT beyond simple keyword resume parsing to include
organizational culture and individual values and personality variables predictive of
deeper compatibility and thereby better predictive of long term employment
relationship productivity and success.
EC surveys at enterprise, business unit and/or geographic branch level, value of
variables found to characterize institutional culture and work team personality that
resonate (positively or negatively) with current workforce and preferred talent pool.
Permits development of work culture more attractive to existing base and
desired talent pool.
Permits articulation and promotion of Employment Brand to attract desired
talent pool.
EC surveys candidates to measure variables found to characterize individual values,
company culture preferences, personality traits and job engagement/satisfaction
levels that predict compatibility with various work environments at enterprise,
business unit and local branch levels.
Permits vetting candidates along a wider scope of variables for an empirically
superior FIT with a particular employment opportunity, much better predictive of a
mutually beneficial long term, productive employment relationship.
EC matches enterprises and candidates (both internal and external), optimizing
employment productivity potential from among and within candidate pools screened
to any level of pre‐determined acceptability; i.e., the best cases being a pool
generated by attraction to a well‐articulated employment brand defined by
dimensions known to be effective and practical by Elevated Careers empirical
research.

The Transaction
The eHarmony™ Board has decided to divest Elevated Careers™ LLC, including
all EC business and assets, including all right, title and interest in and to the IP
underlying and implementing the Elevated Careers™ solution and products,
either outright in the entirety to a strategic operating company, or by way of
controlling majority interest, to a private equity firm, but in either case, to an
entity with the strategic competency and enterprise marketing strength to
maximize the potential of the EC business. Prospective acquirers can assume
that the services of Dan Erickson, the originator and driving force for
developing and executing on the business plan that has become Elevated
Careers™, are available to be configured as part of the transaction. As the EC
products are complete, and hosted in the AWS cloud, no other personnel from
either Elevated Careers™ or eHarmony™ are irreplaceable and required for
successful operation of the EC business going forward in the enterprise market
exploitation phase.
The Rationale
While eHarmony™ knew it had the science and capability to design, develop,
test and refine to commercial feasibility the Elevated Careers™ value
proposition, now that the breadth of the opportunity has come into full view
with the success of the product, and with fuller appreciation of the enterprise
sales and marketing engine that can optimally exploit the Elevated Careers™
potential, the eHarmony™ Board has determined that it would fundamentally
change eHarmony™ to undertake alone the Enterprise marketing effort to
exploit Elevated Careers™ to full potential. eHarmony™ believes that Elevated
Careers™ will be much more efficiently economically exploited by an entity
with pre‐existing enterprise relationships providing some aspect of
recruitment and/or human resources services. Because the large scale of the
Elevated Careers™ enterprise market opportunity would ultimately transform
eHarmony™ from a B to C to a B to B company, the eHarmony™ Board is
electing to recover eHarmony™ shareholder value at this stage of the
commercial development of Elevated Careers™ .
