to their clients from different sectors. Since 2003, Verve Global Services is providing sourcing

the company chose Verve to implement an end-to-end solution for its team.
CHALLENGE
 It was absolutely a new region so lot of research was required
 The client required sourcers to operate according to their time zone.
REFINED PROCEDURE
Verve Global Services was selected to implement an end-to-end recruitment solution to fill as many
as positions. The solution encompasses:
 The project began with a team of two recruiters, one researcher and two support staff
members. The work started small with three positions in a week for first month, and then
three in each day of the following three months. The team then up-scaled to four recruiters,
two researchers and two team coordinators.

Recruitment for Switzerland market has been direct through cold calls, Switzerland-specific job

CHALLENGE:
 Operating with one two of our major clients for past many years, we had a situation
wherein our clients wanted some of our resources to start work early.
 Client needed us to operate according to their time zone. Earlier the shift started at
5:3 a hi h as . a a o di g to lie t’s ti e zo e ut late the wanted us
to start at 8.00 am their time which was 2.30 am India time.
SOLUTION:
 Knowing for a fact that we have a long term relationship with both of our clients we

midnight.
 Keeping our employees safety and addressing to our clients demand we came up with
a solution of making few of our resources login at 11:30 PM rather than 2.30 AM.
