jobs, and over a 1/3 of their total workforce
work in the gig economy.
• In Canada 14% of their workforce are in gig

  • #10 3 years ago I actually wrote a post that great TA leaders should be rewarding their employees to have babies! We need more people to fill these jobs, and our population is shrinking! In 2009, post great recession the U.S. birthrate fell to non-sustainable growth. Think about it – if your employees have a baby today, they won’t be ready to work for you until roughly 2038!
  • #12 Doesn’t mean that Post and Pray isn’t part of your strategy – job boards evolved, so do we.

  • #16 Google spent at least two years gathering and studying JDs and Job Titles. Turns out Google is pretty good at search and most of our ATSs suck. Now when a candidate searches “Truck Driver” they’ll find your job that is titled “Delivery Manager”
