Polar bears
Polar bears live in the Arctic . They have got white fur and can weigh

More than two thousand years ago Hippocrates said " Let food be your
medicine " Most of us eat because we are hungry or because we like the taste
of certain things , but a lot of our food actually acts as medicine for us !
Bananas , for instance , are good for your stomach . Other fruits , such as
